08/07/2024: Was brought to Susie’s Bistro in Tubbercurry Golf Course for a Sunday luncheon with a friend, and from start to finish, you couldn’t find fault with the service or the food.
Would definitely recommend Susie’s Bistro for any occasion as it’s 5 star service.
The roast beef is simply delicious 😋

27/10/2024: We had a lovely evening here. We loved the atmosphere of the old bar and the view of the Shannon. Our food was excellent, and I was very happy to see a homemade dessert instead of the bought in frozen offerings so many restaurants use these days.

27/10/2024: We were in Dublin visiting family and went to this restaurant on the off chance when in the area. What a delight, food was fabulous, would recommend.
28/09/2024: This is local favorite of mine.
Fantastic staff who are courteous and very warm in their approach.
I tend to go for breakfast. The food is excellent, I often mix it up but their smashed avocado and eggs, eggs benedict and the Belgian waffles are personal favourites.

01/11/2024: A typical Irish Pub with nice food. They have a large variation of beers. If you are unsure about the beers, try a tasty board with 4 different beers. The fish and chips is so good that I had it two days in a row.

We had the wings to start and again they were very much microwaved.
Staff lovely… food NOT good
01/11/2024: Thank you for a fabulous meal this evening! Delicious starters of.mushrooms and Brie with delightful salad with a lovely dressing the mains were lovely too best steak my husband has had for a long time and my pasta dish was so tasty lovely sauce and lots of Parmesan! The service was excellent even though it was busy we were very well looked after We will be back soon!

I got the chuck oink and it was the best food I’ve ever eaten! My partner got the taco smash burger and he didn’t leave a crumb on the plate!
The chips were PHENOMENAL 🤤🤤
The girls were lovely and very attentive to our needs!
We will most definitely be back :)
31/10/2024: I came here because our usual place was closed and I have to say its gone terible under the new ownership, the staff try their best but the they never have the full menu, I got a plastic cup and the sausages were ,no joke, gone off. Such a shame that this place is so bad now.

26/10/2024: I had the baked Hake, which was a very generous portion with a lovely creamy sauce. I would have to say that it was slightly dry and so were the mashed potatoes, but overall, very good food.
Stove was burning bright, and there was a good-natured group beside us. So the atmosphere was jolly and warm.
21/10/2024: The best leek and potato soup I’ve ever had. Found this place when we were driving and stopped in for a quick bite and was surprised by the soup. The toasty was average but the experience was made memorable by the delicious soup.
