22/10/2024: Great place for sports. Great covered and heated beer garden. Food options are good, particularly during the week. Red curry was great. Friendly staff. Guinness could be better but plenty of other drink options. The espresso martini was delicious.

12/09/2024: Had a lunchtime drink and decided to come back for dinner. The food was really good, but the poor waitress was working alone with an awful lot of customers.

12/10/2024: To find this place one am has to walk through Ballsbridge and look for a green door almost hidden between 2 pubs. Walking up the stairs leads to a nice restaurant with themed decorations. The interior is nice. The atmosphere possibly too quiet considering that the room was almost empty. Food is good and the chef clearly makes an effort: recipes are not obvious and the presentation is lovely. Taste is not as consistently good as we would have liked. We had one dish lacking salt, one (the special) that couldn't get much taste even after adding salt twice and one that was even too tasty. I would have preferred to be warned that the special that I ordered had basically the same taste as one of the starters (the croquettes). Coffee felt overpriced: 3.10 for a cup or Nespresso?

13/10/2024: Absolutely the most shocking service ever. Bunch of useless waitresses that have Absolutely no motive to be there. Told to sit wherever. After 15min had to fetch my own menu as nobody came to bring. Had to find a waitress to take our food. Had to walk to the bar to get my own drinks as nobody around. Nobody checked up on us during service. Ordered another round of drinks, after 15min had to go ask where our drinks where. Avoid this place like the plague. Rather find a coffee shop in town and receive better service.

14/07/2024: €27.80 for 2 coffees which were not nice, very small bottle of kids juice, very small portion of chips, a sandwich and a very small scone! God help tourism in these parts, dearer than most Dublin places.

29/10/2024: Shame there minerals are the baby bottles proberly brought in from the north of Ireland. Great food and staff

30/09/2024: Food is good (replace dry skinny french fries with chips) - but the cost of soft drinks takes the proverbial. A 200ml tiny bottle of coke for €3 - aka €5 for a standard 330ml can is The Burnaby laughing at their customers. The staff were embarrassed when I said how small the bottle is. The place isn't that busy and won't be if you're treating Greystones locals like that. Reputation and trust are important.

20/10/2024: Absolutely one of the best experiences in hospitality out there. Second to none. We enjoyed two weekends here over the past few months and both weekends were amazing. From the moment you arrive you will experience the calm professionalism of seasoned hosts. Food was simply perfection on every level. A cosy beautiful restaurant with staff who are absolutely brilliant. After your meal relax in one of the drawing rooms which are intimate and very private. Breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious. Spent the afternoons reading the papers with a G&T, pure bliss! Can’t wait to return!

26/07/2024: Had a tasty seafood pie accompanied by the chefs selected range of salads that had a lot of interesting and delicious tastes and flavours that married well with the main course A bottle of still water to wash it down followed by a nice soft pastry apple cake cream and coffee All for €30 Service very attentive by the chef and his assistant Full recommendation and will definitely call in next time in Castleisland

26/06/2024: Very tasty fish and chips! No finished goods, everything fresh. Other pubs or restaurants can get involved. Only the ambience is not nice, even for a snack bar. The owner is very friendly!
