21/09/2024: This place is an absolute gem. Atmosphere is always great and the food is consistently excellent. Eaten here countless times and never had anything less than a brilliant experience.
14/09/2024: Some restaurants serve good food and others have great decor or good service. But the Pier Cafe is blessed with all tree bound together by an amazing ambiance. We had a wonderful dining experience here with great food and attentive service. There's such a buzz here, it's great. Sarah, front of house, expertly makes the restaurant run like clockwork and is so personable. We had the prawn Dahl and duck salad for starters followed by entrecôte steak and beef ribs. Faultless. It's really great value for money and a most memorable experience.

Doyle's Corner

09/04/2025: Went here recently for a few drinks, the heating was on and the bar was like a sauna which made it very uncomfortable, at one point I went to the bar and was left waiting because there was nobody serving. Both not ideal when it's a Saturday night and the place is hopping!
25/02/2025: Hi there, myself and my family were not happy happening about your bar tenders in Doyle’s last Saturday gone by the 22nd of February he was a bit rude to my brother.

Springfield Hotel
15/05/2025: The whole Springfield team went above and beyond. Thank you to Teresa who helped accommodate an early breakfast as we were heading to airport. Great location to Dublin.
13/05/2025: Great clean, spacious comfortable rooms, the suites have recently been refurbished and are fabulous. The bar food is amazing... The burgers and steaks are divine. The staff are friendly, professional and couldn't be more helpful. The hotel has recently been redecorated and looks brilliant. The new chips are fab and the bottled water and slippers. in the rooms are a nice touch. The recently renovated lobby looks amazing, as does the bar.

Asked was I here for takeout or sit down ,when said sit down she replied with Sit down and I take you order.As tables are away from counter i asked how was I to see cakes from there to which she shouted what do you want then .let say we left with out ordering .please train your staff on basic manners
08/02/2025: Nice and friendly atmosphere, and usually the food is on point but today I ordered a BLT and the bacon wasn't close to being cooked. So, very disappointing but the chips were good. Nice and crispy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside.

04/05/2025: This was first time I had visited the Lisdoo Bar and restaurant, I was with a party of just over 50 people.The food was very well presented, delicious and plentiful. Considering we were a large party who had ordered food ahead, when we arrived at the Lisdoo ,we did not have to wait too long after ordering drinks for our food to arrive . The staff who served the food ,did so in a very professional and courteous manner and nothing was too much trouble for them. The atmosphere was very lively and relaxing. I would highly recommend the Lisdoo bar and restaurant.

29/04/2025: Particular place in a characteristic house with a thatched roof, we stopped for tea and dessert, excellent cake, price appropriate to standards.
04/04/2025: The food here was absolutely delicious, It's rare you have such a perfectly seasoned beef burger.
Will definitely be coming here again on the next day trip to Adare.
