23/11/2024: The reason it got 4 stars is the premise was cold on arrival at 6pm ( it doesn’t open at 17:30 as stated on trip adviser )
I had the Chicken supreme and better half had the fish and chips. Have to say very tasty.
We were served by Anastasia who was very polite, moving us to a warmer position etc.
I recommend Nivana, but leave to a bit later if weather is cold

13/08/2025: We ate at tables on the street, amid clouds of smog from cars passing at a meter's distance. I wouldn't recommend it. I then ate a seafood pie that seemed to be made from frozen foods, tasteless, and baked with a little breadcrumbs. The only redeeming features were the beer and the kindness of the guys who brought the food.

19/08/2025: Mi joven amigo y yo fuimos a Supermac esta noche. Como siempre la comida era deliciosa! Nos atendió una pequeña mujer joven de pelo oscuro y ella no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Fui una segunda vez por helados y para pedir una comida para llevar para mi marido y ella insistió en traer todo a nosotros, comprobando si me gustaría una recarga en el té que había comprado antes. El personal agradable hace toda la diferencia, disfruto de la comida supermac, el personal encantador es una gran ventaja. Además sirven el mejor té en Carlow - té de desayuno bewleys. Supermac, siempre disfruto de mi visita y este Supermacs en particular es mi favorito 😍.

31/07/2025: Good food. The guy serving our table was great. He was engaging and efficient.
It is a bit noisy, particularly at the back.
But overall, it's a great place and one to return to.

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year!
P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!

21/08/2025: 20/08/2025 my partner and I had had a lunch box and 10 chicken tenders.
The food was totally died out and only eatable as we were quite hungry.
After a subsequent 1,5 hours driving, I hardly made it to the gents and did feed the remaining 5 chicken tenders to the dog. My partner got sick that night and so did our dog. An experience I/we won’t ever be repeating.

06/09/2025: Rooms are great, quiet and clean. Our experience with staff was mixed: very attentive and friendly at entrance and reception. Very slow, inattentive and overwhelmed or generally overstrained at the bar and breakfast area.
A big disappointment was the fact that smoking is still allowed on the terrace of the restaurant. It's 2025, come on. Poisonous odours don't only making sitting outside impossible but waft inside and make the entire experience unpleasant for so many.
The spa area is nice and in good condition.
05/09/2025: We had a great experience and would highly and easily recommend this stay to other! Jess, at reception, was exceptionally kind and so pleasant- as well as knowledgeable in order to point us in the right direction. Great place! All staff were great and room was nice and clean.

29/07/2025: Lovely place, great cocktails. Pizzas delicious, would steer clear of the ravioli. Two of our party had it and both didn’t rate it. Tasteless and more like a soup broth with a bit of pasta thrown in.

12/08/2025: My girlfriend visited GFP Swords for the first time having previously been to the one in Santry. We were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious, apart from the squid, which was somewhat tasteless. But the other dishes, including the desserts we ordered were exquisite. The service was top notch, especially from whom I assume to be the manager. The place was quiet, which is exactly what we like, and the old-school music made the place feel even homier. We are already looking to go back, but unfortunately it only opens for dinners on Fridays and Saturdays..
20/07/2025: We went there on Saturday for breakfast, the food came cold, the avocado tasted spoiled. We wanted to alert the attendant so that it could be checked, she either apologized or went to check in the kitchen, anyway, we won't be back.Very bady experience .

11/08/2025: Vinimos a desayunar el sábado. IT no estaba demasiado ocupado y nos sentamos afuera. Pedimos bebidas. La camarera no parecía entender muy bien. Pedimos 2 cafés y un té, pero llegaron 3 cafés y un té. Enviamos el café extra de vuelta, pero IT todavía se añadió a la factura. Luego nos olvidaron y tuvimos que entrar a pedir que nos hicieran un pedido de comida. Finalmente pedimos, pero la comida tardó mucho en llegar y salió tibia. Vi a otros recibiendo su comida más rápido. La comida era buena. Lástima que la experiencia se estropeó por el mal Servicio.
25/07/2025: Acabamos de llegar para el desayuno antes de un día de exploración de la ciudad, el restaurante estaba a la vuelta de la esquina de nuestro apartamento de vacaciones en Clarendon Street, así que muy útil para nosotros.
Llegamos en el momento adecuado, ya que había algunas mesas libres fuera que se llenaron mientras estábamos comiendo. El desayuno irlandés era delicioso y el personal era encantador.
