12/11/2024: A great pub to go to hang out. They have a heater outside and there is a waiter who speaks Spanish.
11/11/2024: Terribly busy. Not normal. And we got there around 3:30 PM. Very nice and cozy inside. But we had to sit upstairs. And then you miss the live music. So no. It just wasn't it.

01/11/2024: First timers and holiday makers here. My mum, two children under the age of 6 and I had a bite to eat here. Staff were friendly and kid friendly. My mum chose the Soup of the day which was vegetable at €6.50. The children shared a toasted ham and cheese sandwich €7 (served with complimentary raisins: a nice touch) and I savoured a creamy fishy chowder at €8.95. The cakes, especially the coffee cake, looked tempting but we resisted on this occasion. Lovely feel to the place and nicely decorated for the season of Halloween. You can buy bits and bobs here also eg soap, Turkish delight, rock etc. Parking across the road. Recommended if you are in the area.

Beautiful bar and restaurant.. but like any business you are nothing without good staff. Customer service is what people remember. Rude staff, being ignored at the bar, left waiting for food over an hour, table not cleared after dinner, incorrect bill.. the list goes on!
Food great tho… when you eventually get it.
Such a shame🙁
14/11/2024: Gave our order wings to share sicilia pizza burger less the bacon, arrived with the wings to inform us no pizzas been served Tuesday 12th Nov, if we were informed when we were given the menus we could have decided our options, then I order goats cheese salad more like salad leaves salad charging 13.50, burger came with bacon on it, generally very disappointed

31/10/2024: Absolutely best food around Dublin so far. Bao buns (pulled pork, and beef) was just mouthwatering. Fish and chips soft inside and crunchy outside.. even the fries was to die for! What an experience! Steak was great as well.. just a bit unlucky with peper sauce it happened to be a bit too “buttery”. House dressing on salad amazing too! Anyway highly reccomend, amazing food, brilliant service. Thank you very much

04/11/2024: We had our baby's christening here yesterday. It was the best day. Firstly dining area was layed out beautifully. The decorations I had bought were put up and the room looked amazing. The staff were so professional and attentive. Nothing was an issue, we were left make the day completely our own. The food was great, fresh and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed it. There was plenty to go around and looking for more if we needed it was not an issue. Everyone had a great day. Brilliant place, beautiful surroundings and exceptional service and value for money. We'll be back for sure. Thank you to Ger, Gerry and the team.

14/11/2024: I visited for lunch one day while in Dublin. Loved the location and heard good things about it. Came for a later lunch hoping for a Nicoise salad that was posted on their website but sadly they don't update the website frequently so it wasn't an offering when I was there. Instead I ordered their special sandwich with prosciutto, arugula and pesto. It was good just had my heart set on the salad. I ordered a glass of wine as well which was fine. The lines can be long and recommend that you be on the lookout for a table before you order, if possible.

01/10/2024: I stayed for 2 nights with my cousin in early September. Brian and Cora were perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The atmosphere in the bar was very friendly and welcoming. The food was lovely. Looking forward to a return visit next year.
28/09/2024: La carta es bastante reducida. No hay mucha variedad, pero el fish & copa y el pollo al curry, están muy buenos. Precios no muy baratos, pero acordes a la calidad. Buena variedad de cervezas y wiskies locales. Es un. Un lugar si estás en Quilty y no querés moverte mucho

10/11/2024: Nice looking pub, food looked good. We went especially to get a pint of Forged Irish stout by Conor McGregor. Unfortunately, the stout was put into a Guinness glass because "they were put away somewhere" and the glass was overflowed and messy when poured. Have to say it was a disappointing experience for my friend's who were visiting me and went there especially to have the stout.
10/11/2024: Cozy Irish Pub / Restaurant with lovely staff, good service and delicious food. You find a good choice of standard dishes, which are brought to your table real quick. We will come back!

06/11/2024: Been here a few times , staff usually ok , ordered a glass of savignon and it was awful, hardly any taste off it , I think it was watered down or else a very cheap wine , paid 8 euros took a sip and left. Before I left I said it to barman and he just said ok , he should have shown me what wine he had first, it was a wine from Romania, he did not offer to change it , I will not be back

26/06/2024: in general the Deli is ok, but there is one important missing in selection of the candy, let me tell you this story. Today I went in and I asked to the cashier just one candy: THE SNAKE... but he sadly answer that they are out of stock....CRAZYYYYY...I HOPE IT WAS JUST MY CASE AND IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN. just to be precise I really recommend this place :)

26/08/2024: Lovely, child friendly cafe providing excellent food. There is a toy/ playroom for children while they are waiting for food. We went several times and rated the coffee and home made cakes.In fact we were given a box of cakes on our final visit prior to going home. Staff are great and really helpful.We highly recommend this cafe.
