01/08/2026: Very enjoyable night here. Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was spotless. Food was excellent.

06/07/2026: It was father's day and we had no booking but they fitted us in. It was a beautiful day and we were sitting outside. The food and service was excellent.

06/09/2026: It feels bit expensive food for this place. On the door it says toilets and showers, they are not there for long time. Washing machines without water at the time of my visit. I didn't try the food, so can't say anything about that. My friend was there eating and was happy.

23/08/2026: Visited The Gallion with mixed group of family, for the first time in a couple of years. I used to visit regularly however, I am disappointed to say that it has gotten very run down, sticky floors, old run down toilet, underlying smell of grease from the kitchen, old tatty menus. The staff were lovely, however the food was hit and miss, children’s burger bundy was rock hard, some sauces for wings very sweet resembling shop bought! Children menu for under 10’s is ridiculous, mains stating at 9.99 to 13.99 and a little jelly and ice-cream is and extra €5.50. It’s gone from being a fabulous place to eat to an outdated run of the mill place to grab a bite. Pity

16/08/2026: brilliant nothing wrong with it , honestly i the food was amazing and well presented the service was lovely , specially this one lady who was so nice towards us and finally the atmosphere was good it was no where near chaotic in there and the music being played was a good selection of songs. and each member of staff is grateful for your visit here.

06/08/2026: About the worst Irish coffee I had in the entire island. Tastes like water and whiskey not coffee at all.

10/07/2026: Had a great time. In for the World Cup matches, and the tennis. Great atmosphere and plenty of TVs around the pub. Good selection of beers, and the food is lovely. Fair play to the staff. And that terrace, what a sun trap ☀️😎

29/08/2026: Very central, easy to to there, nice place to get few drinks with friends. Live music later in the evening.

27/08/2026: Totally nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the music at the door and thus the artists can be seen almost from nowhere. There is probably no other way... Speaking of music, this one is good too!

26/06/2026: We have been eating at the Pikeman Bar for more years than I can count during visits to Tralee. If there is a better place to get bar food then point me to it. A great menu. The food is always fresh, tasty and hot. The service is always brilliant. I highly recommend.

14/08/2026: The place, ambiance, setting was absolutely stunning. Requested the best seat with good view and was seated in front of the window with the view of golf course. Such an experience with a food that’s not just pretty on the eyes but actually satisfies you, portion and taste wise. They’re very creative but not out of proportions, just enough to blow your mind and make you want to try other dishes. There was a harp lady inside the restaurant and an irish folk music outside the bar. Very classy. The staff is also top notch, guiding you along the way, very friendly. I’ve tried couple of fine dining restaurants in Limerick and this tops the list so far! Not exaggerating, this might be one of the best dining experience I have. Worth every penny spent.

25/07/2026: This is a truly exceptional restaurant. The food, the staff, the harpist, all absolutely top notch. And I have to give a shout out to Ricardo, the sommelier. Let him pair your meal. You won't regret it. He'll make every bite an dream. Can't recommend enough!

10/08/2026: Course is in amazing shape; kudos to the ground keepers!

08/07/2026: Always a gem. Long tree lined fairways and excellent greens . Great views and some picture postcard tee boxes Right beside the beach but is a parkland course all day long. Par 3s are all long and will challenge your scoring. 18th is 150yrds over water to finish. Good chipping area and driving range. Good bar restaurant and parking. Course in super condition and always a treat to play. Well done Courtown for this unheralded gem of the Wexford coast

08/06/2026: Everything was great except, for the price of the room, we expected a bottle of water in the room.

04/06/2026: The food was really poor quality and a low standard. We couldn’t eat it because it was so over cooked. Service was very good but it’s such a shame about the food as we typically love it

15/08/2026: Food was good had to wait an hour for starters and 45 min for mains.. one dish had to be returned because it was uncooked !

02/09/2026: The guinness is incredible. The location is steeped in history and retains a lot of its original features. A must see for anyone seeking an authentic Irish pub experience. Staff are very attentive and the service is quick, would highly recommend to locals and tourists alike!

01/09/2026: My new favorite bar in Dublin!!! Food is fantastic, staff are refreshing friendly and attentive (hard to get that lately in bars) And the atmosphere is unbelievable, I am especially obsessed with the hidden beer garden out the back!! Definitely a must visit spot in town!

16/08/2026: Recently had food in the step in for the first time. Everything about the place was top notch, from the friendly staff to the delicious food. Would strongly recommend!!!

12/08/2026: To be fair the setting is really nice just a few things lacking. Got served a pint in a dirty glass. The woman who was serving us was very kind and got us a new one so all was good then. Pork belly was overcooked unfortunately and the mash was quite cold aswell. We asked for dessert menus but never got them. Sadly it just wasn’t a great experience but the lady that took our order was very friendly and kind.
