07/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic hotel , perfect for the Galway Cup , food amazing also Pool and gym and close to city and salt hill only 8mins drives. Love that they also have a sensory room ♥️🤝

16/07/2026: My holiday at Clybaun Hotel was fantastic! 🤩 The rooms were so comfortable, and the service was excellent. I loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. 😌 The location is brilliant too; there's a bus stop literally right outside with links to the city center! 🚌 Absolutely perfect stay. ✨

04/09/2026: Very good. Excellent service pleasant company. But please stop asking these questions before I've even sat down. Its irritating and doesn't allow the business ample time to impress. I know I could review it later but delay the sending. No sooner had I crossed the threshold I was being approached by Google. Stop it Big Brother. It irritates and makes me feel I'm being followed.

20/09/2026: Had a really enjoyable night overall, and I want to give special recognition to one of the security guards who was genuinely lovely. There was a small misunderstanding while we were dancing. I accidentally bumped into someone and immediately apologised, and a few drops of my drink ended up on another person. I apologised to him as well, but unfortunately the response was quite confrontational, which left me feeling uncomfortable. When we spoke to security about it, one of the security guards was absolutely brilliant. He took us aside, listened to what had happened and was incredibly reassuring. He made us feel respected, heard and safe, and handled the situation in such a calm and professional way. I really want to say a massive thank you to him, because after an uncomfortable interaction, having a security guard respond with that level of kindness and understanding made a huge difference. He deserves a lot of recognition for how he treated us. For reference, this was on the night of 19–20 September, at approximately 23:50, so hopefully the management team can identify the security guard who was working at that time and pass on my thanks to him. Overall, we had a good night, but I especially wanted to leave this review so that his kindness and professionalism don't go unnoticed. ❤️

19/09/2026: Food & drinks was good. Service was a little slow but I think we arrived during a shift change as staff seemed to be switching over or going on breaks. Overall would recommend!

19/05/2026: Foley's is an exceptional hotel in Killlarny Ireland! Celebrating 77 years. Staff really took great care of us, so appreciate it! Food was delicious, we had breakfast added. So worth it. Do stay there if you go to Killlarny, such a great location as well!

14/10/2026: The star of the show here is the bathroom, followed by the cocktails. Maybe it's because I'm an American but the stak showed up and looked like the face of death. I'm told it was undercooked but it seemed tough to me. Then again, I like it pretty rare... Maybe it's me. Fish and chips was vapid with little enough sauce to where it didn't come close to being enough to have a bit with each bite. I had some bites of the salad where the mustard/ dressing was super dense and at the very bottom so it didn't spread well. It seemed odd but was the best of the bunch... Thing is, it was mostly just vegetables. Overall, this place must be rated what it is by tourists not food people. But this whole town seems to be based on that so maybe I should just feck off

07/10/2026: Top 5 of the bathrooms I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Solid selection for pints and some grub. But on a serious note, the bathroom is opulent. After driving around a good deal of Ireland, it’s just a nice change of pace from the lack of pride in craftsmanship in some water closets for pubs/restaurants with a bar.

01/09/2026: Truly one of the world's best golf courses. Played it in late August, and I can't stop thinking about it. Such a special place, from the minute you pull down the road leading past the graveyard to the clubhouse. The people of Belmullet should be proud of what they have built. Thank you so much for your hospitality and warm welcome.

24/06/2026: My wife and I tour Ireland. It was many years ago I was here. Enjoyed all of Ireland , the people, places. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The country near the coast has some great small towns to see.

10/05/2026: Went for lunch in sat last, total disaster Luke warm food, cold chips,no bar service to table, despite having 4 younge men hovering around cleaning tables.Had to go to bar to order drinks with our meal,and they didn't even get that right.On the positive I got a free choc brownie,Have always went to the Granville,for bar food,and always got good food and service.Sat carvery was dreadfully,service dreadfully,waited about.20 mins for a sandwich,which came.with warm meat ,and cold.chips.Wont be going again,my.family.were down for the day,I was embarrassed at what we got

14/10/2026: A friendly, colourful hub with everything you need! Shannon Town Centre is such a lovely, welcoming place. Everything is close together, so it's easy to pop in for groceries, run errands, or grab a coffee without any stress. One of my favourite things is the beautiful art painted on the walls. You can really feel the creative spirit of the community. Another highlight is the Asian store! It's wonderful to find authentic Asian food and ingredients right here in Shannon. Whether you're missing a taste of home or want to try something new, it's a real gem. Add the lovely Town Park next door, with its pond, bridge and peaceful walking paths, and you have a clean, friendly town centre that brings people from all cultures together. Highly recommend!

29/09/2026: Stopped here a couple of times for lunch recently. Lovely pub with friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and at a reasonable price. I would recommend it.

20/09/2026: Very disappointing experience. We came in on a Saturday evening at around 5pm and had to wait approximately 40 minutes before our order was even taken, as we were told the kitchen was closed. After our order was finally taken, there was then a mix-up with the orders, which turned into a complete ordeal.. What was particularly frustrating was that, after acknowledging the mix-up, the waiter then told us that we would have to pay for both dishes, despite the second dish being brought to us entirely due to their mistake.

07/05/2026: The Dunraven hotel is an incredibly beautiful old hotel located right on the main street in Adare. Really enjoyed the large bedroom and large bathroom. All the rooms are this way which makes it very easy to relax and unwind. I would have to say that our hotel room is easily twice the size of a typical European hotel room.
