Thank you Mr. Siobhan for working with us. My wife said we will definitely make a trip and visit you in the near future thank you once again and hope to see and visit this wonderful facility for the first time thank you.

26/08/2025: My husband and I popped into this cafe before our train needing a hearty meal served fast and couldn’t have wished for anything better. Our order was taken very quickly and the delicious food was served soon after. The breakfast came with coffee / tea. A much needed pick me up before a long journey. Thank you so much!

29/08/2025: A lovely spot for a cozy breakfast! We had the pancakes and were very happy with them. The service was fast and very friendly; we even got free mini cupcakes as a bonus. Reasonable prices.

13/07/2025: Great spot. Back place great for groups & family events, front bar nice for a quiet drink. Portions for some dishes can be a little on the small side but the food is very good for pub grub. Have been a few times and will be back

07/07/2025: Had a big family party at The Central and it was a excellent! The outdoor area out back was perfect — loads of space and great vibes. Food was amazing (even the fussy eaters were happy) and the staff were absolute stars — super friendly, helpful, and on the ball. 10/10 would party there again!

11/08/2025: Myself and my partner enjoyed a late dinner here, it seems they’re the only restaurant serving food past 8 on Sundays! It was very reasonably priced for the quality of the dishes! Onion rings were the best I’ve had! Lots of variety on the menu. Would definitely recommend.

02/08/2025: Food and service was excellent, the restaurant was quite busy when we where in and the staff was very nice, polite and helpful. When I'm back in Bundoran I'll be stopping off here again.

21/07/2025: Genuinely one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The location is stunning and the food is incredible. Everything you eat is completely fresh and sourced right down the road. I got the seafood platter which had oysters, prawns, crab meat, crab claws, Mackrell, and battered fish. It is impossible to say what was the best part of the dish. It was incomparable to anything I have had before. My girlfriend had the lobster and agrees that it was by far the best seafood she has ever had in her life. If anyone is looking for a hidden gem that gives you a world class experience I recommend this place. I cannot believe it is not talked about more. Can't wait to come back.

14/07/2025: Apparently experiences at this place have varied, based on the mood of the 'patron', but the night we were there it was wonderful, especially the seafood. They even sent us off with some of their home made soap!

21/07/2025: Beautiful hotel. Spacious room, lovely setting. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Super clean, even the tv remote was in a plastic protector!! Used the leisure centre which was relaxing. Evening meal was gorgeous. Lovely spacious areas to sit and relax on all floors. Can not fault our stay.

21/07/2025: Beautiful hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was welcoming and very hospitable, and the food at the on-site restaurant was great. It is a bit isolated, but if you're staying for a night or two, it's absolutely perfect. Plus, many of the rooms have a balcony - a very nice touch!

28/02/2025: Comimos aquí dos veces. Una vez en persona y otra con servicio de habitaciones. Primero cenando. El restaurante es absolutamente hermoso. Cada persona que trabaja aquí es profesional, pero también amable y una alegría para hablar. Nos hicieron sentir tan especiales y también como si fuéramos amigos. Como nota complementaria rápida, en el bar, el joven que trabaja allí también es una joya. Dromoland Castle es una suerte tener un personal tan encantador. Para nuestra comida, nos trajeron pan y mantequilla. Se sirve frío. Preferimos el pan caliente, pero el pan frío era lo normal en los restaurantes que visitábamos. Para empezar tuvimos el tartar de atún y la sopa Tom, se nos olvidó todo el nombre. Ambos eran tan buenos. El atún sabía fresco y la sopa estaba caliente y muy bueno. Para la red, pedimos el filete de angus y la olla pollo asado. El filete era tierno y sabroso. El pollo servido no era lo que figuraba en el menú. En el menú no hay menciones de setas o pasta y se enumera como una comida sin gluten. Lo que se sacó fue pollo con pasta y hongos. No dije nada, solo aparté la pasta y los hongos del pollo, comiendo solo la carne. El pollo estaba perfectamente cocinado y era bueno. Para el postre, pedimos el helado de vainilla y sorbete, delicioso y ligero. La noche siguiente pedimos servicio de habitaciones. Intentamos pedir el filete de nuevo, pero nos dijeron que no estaba en el menú. Así que pedimos el tartar de atún (de nuevo) y la costilla corta de angus negro. Los caballeros que trajeron nuestra comida lo preparó tan agradable y de nuevo fueron geniales. El atún estaba tan bueno como la noche anterior. Las costillas cortas estaban tiernas, pero mi marido prefería el filete de la noche anterior, solo su gusto personal. En conjunto, este es un restaurante maravilloso con buena comida y gente encantadora.

27/07/2025: Second time I had come here and the food is absolutely amazing , the rib eye is so delicious I have never had a better steak than that, the rest of the food like beef and lamb was great too, everything is prepared amazingly. Lots to choose from , dessert was amazing I had the brookie and it was the best dessert I have ever had. Service is amazing, food came at perfect times not too long , starter were too little or too big , sizes are great. I recommened it!

22/07/2025: Beautiful place, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, truly a gem!! We went there twice for breakfast during our stay in Galway and everything was truly delicious. The full Irish breakfast was beautifully prepared! In the bathroom, there's a soap dispenser and hand lotion. Highly recommended!!
