17/02/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Morrison Hotel, and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Dublin. The location is excellent, right in the city with easy access to everything, and having parking directly at the hotel is a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay, which really made a difference. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and very high quality. The room service menu was far beyond what you would normally expect. We ordered beef Wellington, monkfish pasta and several desserts – everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and delivered to the room within 20 minutes. The rooms themselves are modern, newly renovated, spotless and very comfortable. You can clearly tell that a lot of thought has gone into both design and cleanliness. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in every aspect. We would highly recommend The Morrison to anyone visiting Dublin and would not hesitate to stay here again.

14/02/2026: We spent one night in this hotel located in the centre of Dublin. Everything was perfect : very clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

10/06/2026: Everything is fine here except for the noise. The music playing downstairs is crystal clear, and cars are constantly passing by on the main road next door – the traffic noise is absolutely terrifying. I asked to change rooms but they refused… speechless.

19/06/2026: The staff here are so nice and the food is very tasty. We visited with a large group including a child twice last week for brunch & both times really enjoyed the food. Its a nice cosy relaxing atmosphere with options for everyone. Would recommend

25/04/2026: If I had a 4.5 star option that is how I’d rate Delish in Castletroy. I’ve had breakfast here a few times and it’s always consistent. The service is good and the food is even better. Quality ingredients and everything cooked fresh. They don’t over charge either for extra eggs or things like that like some places. Overall it’s fairly priced for what you get. No complaints and would recommend it to others.

01/07/2026: Staff are lovelg and atmosphere is really iconic. The food is consistently delicious however I will say that the pricing is tough to justify other than the very occasional treat. I consistently get the nachos as the quakity is great and pricing is good, however buying anything else from here is rare simply due to the price. Would still highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a small party or a date. Pictured is the nachos, garlic pizza bread and sizzling garlic prawns (Which my girlfriend say were fantastic). I willbalso say that while the pricing is quite high, there is a fair amount of deals throughout the week that are great

01/07/2026: Came for a visit last weekend for the first time since the 80s, I think, and the welcome here hasn't changed. Brilliant to see a family business thriving. Great atmosphere and the menu looks amazing, which I really wish we'd tried. I definitely won't wait another 40 years to call in again.

15/03/2026: We had been told by friends that Ireland has this great stwe and the best Shepherd pie. Not gonna lie, we had been a little disappointed with the guinness syew and Shepherds pie until we ate here. The best most flavorful Guinness stew and Shepherd pie is made at O'Flynns. This is the cutest establishment. All of the charm and friendliness we have experienced throughout Ireland is present in abundance here.

22/04/2026: Great local food, good service.

25/11/2025: Ate dinner here while we were staying at the hotel and we had a fab meal. All of the food was tasty and we would recommend the Prawn and Salmon Starter, Sausages and Mash and Seafood Linguini. Also it was great to try a few cocktails from the menu which was quite extensive and reasonably priced drinks. It was a family member's birthday the night we ate here and the team all got involved in bringing out the cake and singing happy birthday which was a lovely touch and really appreciated.

10/07/2026: Disappointing a few undercooked parsnips as our veg with our turkey and ham dinner. The fresh fruit meringue was one strawberry cut in four and what looked like two grapes sliced up very small did not complain as we had taking a family member out for her birthday and didn't want to spoil that,we won't be back unfortunately. It used to be lovely but was really disappointed today.

31/05/2026: We had a fantastic dining experience here. We started with the goat cheese bruschetta, which was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. For the main course, I had the Carbonara pizza, and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time – perfectly cooked with amazing flavour. My partner chose the Buddha Bowl salad, which was fresh, colourful, and full of flavour. The food quality, presentation, and atmosphere were all excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

20/07/2026: Kirby’s of Galway was exactly what we were looking for after a day of exploring the city. It offers quality comfort food in a warm, welcoming setting, making it an easy restaurant to recommend to a wide range of diners. The menu has plenty of variety, so whether you’re after seafood, steak, traditional Irish dishes or something lighter, there is something to suit most tastes. Everything we ordered was well prepared, generously portioned and full of flavour. This isn’t a restaurant trying to reinvent fine dining, and that’s actually one of its strengths. It focuses on serving satisfying, well-executed meals using good ingredients, and it does that very well. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to unwind over dinner. Despite being popular, the service remained friendly, efficient and professional throughout our visit. The staff struck the right balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our meal at our own pace. Sometimes when travelling you simply want a dependable restaurant where you know you’ll receive a quality meal, pleasant surroundings and good service. Kirby’s delivered on all three. We left very satisfied and could easily see ourselves returning on a future visit to Galway. If you’re visiting Galway and want a reliable restaurant with a broad menu and consistently good food, Kirby’s is well worth considering.
