11/10/2024: Rooms were very nice and very roomy. Service in restaurant was always fast. Cute bar on premise. Shout out to Gary at front desk. We wanted help making a reservation for a certain restaurant in Waterford. Gary got us a reservation personally calling the restaurant manager to get us in. He went above and beyond! Thanks for a nice stay in your cute town.

05/09/2024: Had the most amazing meal in this little gem. Food was fantastic, service was excellent & the atmosphere was so relaxing. The food was of the highest quality & so tasty. Would definitely recommend this place & we will definitely be back next season.

26/10/2024: Used to love this place, mainly for the service and great hospitality. It’s gone so down hill recently. Handed menus and have to get up to get servers attention after nearly 20 mins with menus. Food was ok. Then waiter came over and asked if we were splitting bill or paying as one (3 of us) and we didn’t ask for the bill!!! I said paying together, he was over with individual bills and card machine. We payed and moved on. Party was asking are they closing? Why do we need to pay right now?
Customer service has gone massively down.

30/10/2024: The food is superb both for lunch and Dinner. Will definately be back .its not our first time to Terryglass, this restaurant is a great addition to the Village.
28/10/2024: Our orders were taken and 15 minutes later we were advised by staff that the kitchen was closed for an hour could we call back at five . The table across from ours were served even do they came in later than us .

25/10/2024: The food was bussin. I mean it was really good The breakfast is really failing and the hot chocolate was really good. I'm kind of glad they did not go overly sweet on it because many places go hot wild on the sweetness, but this one was not too overpowering on sweetness
19/10/2024: The cafe upstairs is my absolute favourite place to have a spot of lunch! Most friendly staff who go out of their way to make it a great experience! Their salads and wraps are so fresh and yummy ❤️
