22/02/2024: Lennox is the best chipper in midleton by a mile! Fish and chips are just divine and so are the wraps. Staff are always so friendly and the shop is very clean and fast service π

However, the door is slightly narrow on way in...no effort made on behalf of staff to open second door to accommodate me on crutches...saw an elderly lady have the same struggle with the doors...would be a nightmare with a buggy or wheelchair

12/03/2024: I have to say, the service is great, their food is amazing. The staff members are absolutely fantastic. However I feel super uncomfortable and stressed after an incident. I have been told on being affectionate with my partner in the pub by the owner. So much so we had to leave our drinks that we just ordered and go home. I still go there with friends and family for food but every time I see that person, I just feel scared that what is gonna happen now.
09/03/2024: Nice and homely pub in the town of Eden derry great food at great price the staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely call again.

18/03/2024: I went here for dinner and drinks yesterday, food was very disappointing, very small portions, as I was still hungry after dinner I asked for sausage and chips which I was charged for, I felt it should have been complementary.. the waitress was lovely but I wouldn't return for food..

29/07/2023: Wow, what a surprise. This is an exceptional little restaurant hidden away in Donnybrook right on the bus route. The menu is deceptive and looks limited. However the professionalism and attention to detail of every morsel is Michelin star quality. There was a delicious tasting dish before the starter and a sorbet before the main. The meal was full of surprises and new experiences and every mouthful was a delight. The service was faultless too.

27/01/2024: Down from Dublin and staying the night in Thurles as meeting friends. Booked in here for early bird. Pleasantly surprised as how nice is is! The food, quality of service and overall ambiance was top notch! We ordered the fish special which was incredible. One big winner for me was the little jugs of codial for the kids. Absolute winner! Staff were suburb. Highly recommend!!

01/03/2024: Everyone was raving about the Hibernian Inn so I tried it out ... What a bad idea. We were immediately met by a line of bar flies (12PM of a bloody Friday). Then we went into have lunch/ dinner. I got the turkey and ham. The turkey was fine, but the potatoes were like slop warmed up. My friend's chips were cold and almost hard, like underdone chunky oven chips? My dinner cost 15 euro, no way was it worth that. The staff in the restaurant part were friendly, but some of the customers left a lot to be desired. We were closed in my Shanice, Chantelle, Cody and co. Tracksuit city. Never again. Don't get the hype about the food at all. You'd get better down the street in supermacs.
