26/06/2026: Great spot, lovely decor and great vibes. Our group booked finger food, it was okay, chicken wings, goujons, cocktail sausages.

26/07/2026: Went here today for a bite to eat. It was absolutely delicious. Just had chicken wings and onion rings. plus its dog friendly and they have gluten free menu

22/06/2026: Pulled in here on a quiet Monday evening 22nd June. No waiting time for a table and food was out quick also. Well worth it. Food is good and service is quick and friendly. Bbq chicken wings for starters ( big portion) Steak sandwich for mains (Ciabatta) Pavlova for dessert Car park is massive could even hold trucks. Hard shoulder is big enough for trucks if they were just stopping for food. Plus there is a pitch next door with room For overnight parking outside it. All and all a great spot to stop. And truckers won’t lose much time waiting on food if there just there to eat. €45 serious value for money. ( 2 soft drinks included in that price also)

15/02/2026: First time for Sunday lunch in Larkins today we both had the lamb which was perfectly cooked with a selection of 3 veg and 3 different type of potato. 15 euro ahead which was a great price and I would definitely recommend 👌

16/07/2026: We visited Eabha Jones in Listowel last Saturday as a group of 25 for a hen party, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication with the restaurant before our visit was excellent. We pre-ordered our meals in advance, which made everything run so smoothly on the day. The food was absolutely fantastic, and every dietary requirement within our group was catered for without any issues. The service was even better. Despite being such a large group, everything was well organised, efficient, and stress-free. We were all served promptly and were in and out in just over an hour which is what we wanted. We would highly recommend Eabha Jones, especially if you're planning a visit with a large group. Thank you again to Kasia and Gerard—we'll definitely be back!

08/07/2026: We were in Kerry for the Summer Stages Rally and stopped into Éabha Joan’s for lunch between stages. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the food! A wonderful experience overall and we will be back when we’re down again!

29/04/2026: waited a good 10 minutes to be seated , it was busy but not over busy , staff walked past ourselves and another couple and dissappeared into the bar . when we were seated and given a menu the choices offered were not to our taste or palatte , a lot of the dishes were served in spicey piri piri or other ' asian theamed' sauces ,all very nice if you are in india or sri lanka but this is IRELAND and there was a lack of TRADITIONAL IRISH FOOD on offer ! a lot of the offerings here are exactly the same or very very similar to a lot of OTHER establishments in ireland these days which in my experiance points toward dishes being ' bought in pre prepared' rather than made on the premisis . in the end after veiwing the menu and waiting to be served we decided to go elsewhere and left .

14/07/2026: Myself my husband and another couple ate in the long dock this weekend. Two of our party ordered a coronation chicken starter that was for sharing we ordered it as a main it was 25 euro. To say we were disappointed is a total understatement. It was a tiny portion of cubed chicken a very small few salad leaves and a small portion of coleslaw. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. It was disgraceful. Do not order this. Service wasn't very pleasant either. Overall very very disappointed

03/07/2026: I really enjoyed our stay at The Heights. My room was very cute and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Special shoutout to Ken from The Mill Bar. He is really knowledgeable about local whiskey and helped us with a last minute reservation at a Michelin rated restaurant in Dingle. In my opinion, the hotel has the perfect location, only a 4 minute drive to the center of town but also in route to the national park and the Ring of Kerry. I would definitely stay here again. 💚💚💚 Tip: when traveling in the summer, ask for a fan at check-in.

27/06/2026: The rooms were grand overall. The only downside was the heat-it was roasting while we were there, so it got a bit uncomfortable at times. Thankfully there was a fan in the room, which made a big difference. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was absolutely lovely. What really stood out though were the cocktails made by Alex. You could actually see the care he put into making them look special. He took his time decorating mine, and it genuinely felt like he wanted every guest to enjoy the experience. Fair play to him! Alex is a brilliant barman-always smiling, always in good form, even when there wasn’t anyone at the bar. And to be fair… hes not hard on the eyes either! 😂 Would definitily recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a lovely place to relax and have a great time. We’ll happily be back.
