19/08/2025: Everything was amazing. The views are unreal. The food is phenomenal. I had the carrot and parsnip soup with homemade brown bread and then the fish on a bed of lentils for main. An-bhlasta ar fad!

16/02/2026: The service & atmosphere: really good! but the food is on par what most people would cook at home themselves, which certainly does not justify €20+ price tag per main course. €7.50 for a pint of beer is shockingly disappointing also We had a pleasant experience, but won’t be back. Wasn’t high enough quality to deserve our hard earned money with the prices being charged.

17/01/2026: Must have came at a bad time for the kitchen. The Pil Pil Prawns with Chorizo Ham starter was a bit over cooked. The Chorizo ham was over cooked and tasted a bit charred. The Lemon Soul Gougons were lovely, but my Curry was not the best i got there. Desert, lemon tart and cheesecale was great. I love this place for years but this visit was disappointing. As usual, it's fairly full, so expect to be close to others.

14/02/2026: Absolutely Amazing 👏 Myself and my partner had dinner and desert on the friday the 13th and I can tell you there was no bad luck for us only all good , we had the most amazing time , from start to finish the staff were absolutely amazing ,making sure all our needs were met , I had the vegetarian curry and it was to die for. So yummy 😋 hubby had the burger which was also yummy but oh yes a big But th3 best was yet to come ,we got our deserts and by God I think we went to heaven for those moments of eating the most yummiest ,delicious chocolate fondant that I or anyone has ever tasted im sure of. So good my hubby had a second helping . If you want an amazing, top food and service I would highly recommend all the way 🥰🥰🥰

03/03/2026: We had a great weekend and caught the start of the spring weather. The staff were always on hand making our stay at the spa fun.

03/03/2026: I left. my make-up bag in room 204. My daughter emailed the hotel and got.an email back to say nothing.was found.My make bag contained.over 200 hundred pounds of products and perfume.We.had.a beautiful stay for my birthday but this has been very annoying.The.room was beautiful.with an ocean view but the pillows were not of good quality.For a 4 star hotel I would.have.expected better.As I have said losing my make up was very dissappointing to say the least

22/01/2026: I stayed for the first time in the Dunraven Arms over the weekend on a 2 night trip with family. The rooms , facilities and evening menu where all brilliant, what let this hotel down was its breakfast which was missing prominent items and luke warm at best. Its staff also let it down, the bar staff where absolutely useless, with 3 of them taking 20 plus minutes to serve 1 table with 3 pints and a half bottle of wine, the breakfast staff where also a let down, when items where ordered such as tea, it never arrived. While the hotel itself is very nice and has great character , the staff leave a lot to be desired.

20/01/2026: For My birthday my mom.booked a hotel very last minute only 130euro for one night, we got a lovely big room number 41 with cute garden view, huge bed , TV , shower , bath and two sinks!!!! we also went swimming pool and sauna . Unfortunately there's no steam.room.or jacuzzi. Lovely vegan dinner ( chickpea and lentils dish and the chips are best in the world ) very comfy bed, Free room service 24-7, so I called a few times for free teas and coffees , I really loved it and felt special on my birthday, staff were so nice , and I had amazing vegan breakfast ( mushrooms sourdough bread, olive oil ,spinach, broccoli,sesame seeds , very salty, but very tasty, fresh juices , fruits , etc, tea ,, coffee, oat milk, A huge selection then we went swimming pool sauna and free aqua aerobics class at 10am Monday morning .check out is 12 noon.which is perfect. Thanks.
