06/06/2025: The hotel is horrible. The double room n.19 (paid €210) was as big as a closet. We asked to change it with a room with a double bed and not twin and they told us that there was no availability. On Booking, however, seen immediately after, there were the last two double rooms available (at €135) Disappointed

01/06/2025: Great little hotel across from the ocean/beach. Staff was very attentive to our needs, the room was extremely clean and we used the restaurant twice with very good food for lunch and breakfast in the morning. Parking was provided in the rear and made for easy access to the facility. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling in this part of Ireland.

07/03/2025: I had a delicious dinner here back in November! Beef and Guinness stew was mouthwatering, pour a perfect draft of Guinness, and their brownie was yummy! Great meal!

04/12/2024: Love staying in Scott's hotel we spent 2 nights there in November 20th and 21st. We had our dinner on the Wednesday night served up to us by the barman who was so friendly one lovely lad. The breakfast was lovely both morning and the service was excellent. Our room was very nice too. All in all a very nice stay. We will be back in 2025.

24/04/2025: Food was great, I asked for a come and was flat, I asked to get water and it was fine, but when I went to pay they charged me for a coke that I didn't drink, when I questioned the waiter said that is how we do things here. Very unprofessional you need to pay. Not happy

22/05/2025: It was delicious! We had some tapas, the goat cheese toastie and spinach thing were amazing. The waiters were quick and friendly, the music was nice and the river nearby was amazing. I would highly recommend it to travellers to Sligo who are looking for good food and a nice place to stay.

05/05/2025: Having a full Irish breakfast, and some sandwiches and pancakes, not bad! The price was fair, the food was nice. Although I wouldn't have minded a slightly bigger portion. It wasn't really impressive for something called Full. The food was good, and delicious. Although it was a regular weekday, it was very busy, we had to wait for somewhat 15-20 minutes, before we were seated, and once seated, we had to wait somewhat 10 minutes before we could order. But with the location and the atmosphere, it was absolutely worth it. Beautiful location, and very cosy with all the people around you. Although it was busy, it wasn't too loud, and you could easily have a good conversation with your partner. There was even seats outside, alongside the river, very beautiful. I would absolutely recommend coming here for having a good coffee or tea, and then have a cake or anything, but the lunch is rather on the cheap side. Maybe not for a next time, but the cake and tea, absolutely yes!

17/05/2025: Poor service , poor quality food...sent mussels back as they were cold .. same plate returned having been microwaved. !

09/05/2025: A really beautiful hotel in the old style, we had a very large, beautiful room with a luxury bathroom, the restaurant was unfortunately a bit stuck in the old style and therefore had nothing for us vegetarians, but the barmaid was very friendly. We slept well and received a friendly welcome, I would come again.

05/04/2025: Dined in this morning for breakfast. Great service, super choice & it’s absolutely spotlessly clean. Service was fast & friendly, food quality was excellent & cooked perfectly. Throughly enjoyed & highly recommend

25/04/2025: Had called ahead to see if they could cater for gluten free. They said yes no problem. They also confirmed they had gluten free bread. I asked for the chicken ceaser wrap but instead of the wrap to put it on gluten free bread. They refused as (in their words) 'this would confuse the chef'...
