21/05/2026: Hotel is large with multiple restuarants and meeting spaces. Great for tour groups. Great location and nice staff. Decor feels tired and worn. We had a spacious standard room but if felt old.

02/08/2025: Five of us had breakfast here today. The food was lovely plus the staff were lovely and friendly. We had a dog with us and they gave him water and were very helpful. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Well done.

21/07/2025: Beautiful hotel. Spacious room, lovely setting. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Super clean, even the tv remote was in a plastic protector!! Used the leisure centre which was relaxing. Evening meal was gorgeous. Lovely spacious areas to sit and relax on all floors. Can not fault our stay.

21/07/2025: Beautiful hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was welcoming and very hospitable, and the food at the on-site restaurant was great. It is a bit isolated, but if you're staying for a night or two, it's absolutely perfect. Plus, many of the rooms have a balcony - a very nice touch!

The garlic bread is a must-try: perfectly crisp on the outside, generously topped, and packed with flavour. The real highlight, though, was the beef. While it may appear slightly dry at first glance, don’t let that fool you—it’s incredibly tender, juicy, and rich in flavour. Easily one of those dishes that exceeds expectations with the first bite. Overall, a very satisfying and comforting dining experience. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

12/03/2026: Food for 3. Prawn pasta was bland and overpriced. The chicken curry has minimal chicken. The beef and Guinness pie was good. Way overpriced. Wouldn't return.

09/04/2026: Been here before in 2024 and the food was lovely. Not the case today we ordered fish and chips it was disgusting! Sloppy fish in bright yellow sloppy batter. Didn't eat it because I didnt want to be ill. I can safely say it was the worst meal I have ever had!
