Drop inn

Glashaus Hotel

11/06/2026: Glaushaus is very handy for Tallaght hospital or the Reeves centre. The rooms are clean with TV and tea making facilities. Ate in the bar and the food was inedible. Service was very poor and despite our 2 dishes uneaten we were not even asked if everything was ok.
01/06/2026: Our room was not cleaned, when we mentioned this they didn't believe us, so they came up to check, of course they apologized afterwards and we got a new room, but still. We had breakfast packed because our plane left early, but we shouldn't have because it was pretty poor (water, yogurt, dry oat bars, dry bread, butter).

Blonde barman cut me off despite me getting served 30 mins earlier 1 drink deep🤣 lad just doing his job but when your genuinely not drunk its annoying seeing someone being carried around and he got served a cocktail. ah well went riot and got served but end of day man just doing his job. Even bouncer on way out said he thought I was fine 🤷♂️ sure look just wants to keep everyone safe in the bar cant fault that

One The Waterfront

24/07/2026: My daughter got married there Saturday last? From start to finish the Manager Maurice could not do enough for them, everything was perfect, table layout, food, drinks. The views were amazing, the venue was spotless clean, would highly recommend 1 the water front.

Rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast and menu options were very good .
Its not the Ritz and makes no claim to be but if you are looking for a great value hotel that leaves you with more money in your pocket to explore the area you wont go wrong .
Also the staff were lovely which is always a bonus !
