02/01/2026: My sister and I planned a large surprise party in the Unicorn over the weekend and we were absolutely blown away and delighted with everything from start to finish! Our guests remarked how gorgeous the new section is, as it is spacious and an ideal party location! Especially the Christmas decor, it was so atmospheric and cosy. Rita, the events manager made it so easy with a quick consultation! The food platters were very generous and for a large party the ample parking made it easy for guests! I have to say, Jim and Billy working on the night truely went above and beyond. They and the rest of the staff made sure everything ran smoothly! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of hosting a party! Aoife x

01/08/2025: Assolutamente da provare. Si trova nel pieno di Temple Bar ma, a differenza di altri locali, qui non c'è il frastuono della musica live. Cibi squisiti e personale simpatico e molto veloce. Noi abbiamo provato la beef stuve, super buona. Se andate nelle serate di grande afflusso dovete avere pazienza, c'è da fare un pò di fila, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

30/07/2025: Nachdem wir 30 Min. auf der Strasse auf unseren reservierten Tisch gewartet haben, war das Erlebte dann wirklich nicht sehr gemütlich. Chaotische Zustände im Restaurant. Bierfässer werden im Gastraum und den Toiletten gelagert. Der Burger war trocken, unterstes Level. Ambiente, ist nicht vorhanden eingepfercht wie Tiere. Das Ganze ist einfach eine gut organisierte Abzocke.

13/08/2025: El pub puede tener su gracia además de no tener otras muchas alternativas. No puedo opinar de otros platos porque solo hemos probado el roast-beef y es un plato, en lo que respecta a la carne, totalmente impresentable. Esperábamos una carne rosadita y nos han traído una carne guisada seca y muy hecha, de un sabor que recordaba la del cole con la hacías bola antes de tragar. Horrible! Ya he dicho que solo hemos probado este plato que figuraba como plato del día.

10/08/2025: We stopped in here to grab a lunch on our way to the cliffs of moher. Staff was very attentive, we were sat right away. Hubby ordered the Guinness stew and I had the fried shrimp with chips and coleslaw. Both items were good. Space is fairly large, looked like they were preparing for a wedding event.

20/12/2025: The place was cold when we arrived, but the staff quickly brought out a heating fan, which was appreciated. The Guinness was good.

28/08/2025: Lovely pub with a welcoming atmosphere. Great hospitality from all the team here. Especially Josh (and his Dad!) and Sarah who helped us link up a football game to watch on their TV. Thank you so much.x

19/12/2025: Nice pub with great and friendly service. Perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of the shopping center.

14/12/2025: Great location, easy to park in center. Staff very friendly, menu lots of options. Had chicken with bacon and lots of veggies, very generous portion. Very tasty! Apple tart disappointing as industrial type pastry and filling. Best ever Christmas decorations!

26/09/2025: Kinda weird. They sat us down in the dining room. An empty room, nobody was there. Took our drinks orders, gave us menus. We were ready to go. Then they told us the kitchen wasn’t open…

26/12/2025: Easily made a dinner reservation online and were seated quickly. The space is quite cozy and beautiful, with views of the golf course. Service was a bit on the slow side, but we were not in any hurry so enjoyed the view and company. We had the fish and chips, salmon filet and soup of the day. Everything was served hot and delicious, and they even surprised our guest with a birthday dessert. We did not stay at Dromoland, but if you do, The Fig Tree is a great spot to enjoy a wonderful meal and cocktail.

01/11/2025: Nice food and coffee but the service and clearing of tables leaves a lot to be desired. So many occupied tables with clearly empty plates and cups were not removed. I even saw come customers clear a table themselves before sitting down. Also, the waitress delivered a coffee to my friend and spilled it all over the saucer. Didn't even apologise nor offer to clear it up. Very disappointing.

17/08/2025: Today we ate at your restaurant, ordered chowder and caesar salad. Salad is not tasty only leaves at the price of 16 💶 , soup poisoned 🤢 bad all day, pay attention to the quality of food

04/01/2026: We didn't stay, but stopped in to have lunch. Which was lovely with very friendly efficient service. This visit we popped in for the carvery had the restaurant food the previously both were lovely.

17/09/2025: It’s called Cafe Mocha….yet the mocha i ordered wasn’t even drinkable. I gave it back for them to throw away. I would not recommend this place

10/09/2025: Had the all day breakfast. Lots of things to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious cakes too!

27/10/2025: Very basic food experience. A limited menu, no substitutions or changes, so for example, there were 2 sandwiches on the menu and those were the only choices. It was not possible to have one without butter as ‘they come from the kitchen as described ‘. Handy spot if you are in a hurry but rather basic.

20/10/2025: Ordered coffee, flat white and scone, given the scone and flat white and told coffee would be ready shortly, had to go back and ask for the coffee, not busy at the time, no apology, disappointed

16/10/2025: Lovely place, great service. The restaurant in great with excellent space and location. Good options in the menu and food was amazing. Recommended.

12/10/2025: Visited here with my partner and baby. He ordered Lasagna, the lasagna was stone cold in the middle with hard cheese on top. We had to return it to the kitchen and he felt stomach turned so didn’t request new food. I ordered fish and chips, the chips were nice but the fish was slimy and wet, I thought this was normal as it was hot right through. I felt so sick shortly after my food for the whole night. So disappointing…. We also waited 30 mins for a menu my partner had to go twice and ask, also left waiting 5 mins on knifes and forks. Awful food and service.

01/01/2026: Very bad customer service never respect customer. The food we asked not spicy they made very spicy and not cooked. Never again

17/11/2025: Got a doner meat chips and a long black hair on top. I rang them and the man on the phone was very rude and was insisting it was my own hair to which I said I don’t have black hair. He sent out another doner meat chips and then rang me after I received it and said they will never deliver to my house again due to the complaint. Terrible attitude on staff and terrible food.
