10/09/2025: Was in for breakfast as paying customers and asked about the health spa and felt so belitted by member of staff will never be back.
Nothing from Managment.
Love when u put good comments they will get back to you.
Then when u changle not so good services, in which would help them you just get hide comments.

09/07/2025: Brought a group of 60 people over from the US stayed 4 nights. Staff was very accommodating, breakfasts and bar food delicious. Hotel bar had reasonable prices. Would definitely stay there again.
28/06/2025: Honestly we have had the best stay!
The lady Sarah was so welcoming and couldn’t have been more accommodating!
We enjoyed every minute of the stay from the amazing rooms to the 5 star breakfast!
We cannot wait for our next visit!

No puedo opinar de otros platos porque solo hemos probado el roast-beef y es un plato, en lo que respecta a la carne, totalmente impresentable. Esperábamos una carne rosadita y nos han traĂdo una carne guisada seca y muy hecha, de un sabor que recordaba la del cole con la hacĂas bola antes de tragar. Horrible! Ya he dicho que solo hemos probado este plato que figuraba como plato del dĂa.
10/08/2025: We stopped in here to grab a lunch on our way to the cliffs of moher. Staff was very attentive, we were sat right away. Hubby ordered the Guinness stew and I had the fried shrimp with chips and coleslaw. Both items were good. Space is fairly large, looked like they were preparing for a wedding event.

31/12/2024: Muy, muy decepcionado. Visita anualmente @xmas pero nunca más. Gnocchi no comestible, hamburguesas secas, patatas fritas tan fuerte rebotĂł cuando tratĂł de comer con un tenedor, la merluza era horrible. Platos muy desnudos, sin ensalada de acompañamiento en cualquier plato. Los ñoquis solo tenĂan un pequeño trozo de pan de ajo, las porciones eran extremadamente pequeñas. No demasiado ocupado asĂ que no hay excusa. QuedĂł esperando años para ordenar y de nuevo para pagar. Dije que la comida no era buena, pero le dije que no le dirĂ© disculpas al chef. No volverĂ©.
08/10/2024: Good for a pint of Guinness to wind down the evening while sitting out front to watch the people. There are bouncers at the door checking ID's but they could clearly tell that I am definitely of age.
Inside, loud with music at 8pm on a Saturday night. So it was outside with the pint glass and thankfully, no one smoking out there. Great to sit for an hour and watch the idiots peel out from Eyre Square in their fancy cars. And watch the taxis make the u-turn to the stand directly in front. And when someone did decide to light up, finish off the pint and head onwards.
Lots of tourists in town this evening so it was busy all around.

03/08/2025: Terrible service, 1 person doing drinks & taking payment. Not that busy but kitchen closed for 1/2 an hour.
Value for money - 5 chicken wings for €10.50, you wouldn't pay that in a 5 star restaurant. 1/2 a celery stick cut into 4 strips & nit even washed.
Would not recommend here to eat.
21/06/2025: We ordered fish&chips and chicken burger & chips. Very bland, did not taste much. Soggy and lukewarm chips. Sloppy leaves in the salad for the burger. Overpriced, not value for money. Service rather quick though and not rude as described by several others. But that is not reason enough to eat here….

24/09/2025: Disgusting and Disgraceful………how these people can get away with advertising themselves as a fish and chip shop……the fish was so tough I thought of bringing it home to make a school shoes for me kid…..the chips were dry and tasteless…….oh never again…..I wouldn’t walk past this excuse for a chipper……let alone eat from it………….stay away…..you’ve been warned

13/09/2025: The quality of food VERY much depends on how busy they are each night. Midweek nights isn't great most times I have to say, alot of quickly reheated food thrown out to you. But come the weekend at their busy times, the fresh chips and burgers suddenly appear and to be fair can be really delicious. It's quite frustrating. Takeaways are REALLY expensive nowadays and yet midweek prices are the same as peak weekend prices yet the standard given to you can be absolutely massive. Beware of this.
18/07/2025: Unreal kebabs,burgers and onion rings will always come here for them chips can be hit or miss but overall very good place and portion sizes are amazing

28/07/2025: We went to Torc’s Chocolate Workshop for my niece’s birthday. The workshop was 90- minutes long where they made their chocolate own teddy bear and decorated. There were about 10 kids, and the staff were quite friendly and patient. They got served pizza and juice and everyone had a blast. Would highly recommend for birthday parties, family days out or group gatherings!!
21/07/2025: We had two excellent coffees , prepared to perfection.
The quality of the milk in the flat white and lattes was noticeable.
We had it with a marshmallow and sat outside.
