06/08/2026: The food was mediocre, the staff extremely unmotivated and unfriendly. Only the "boss" or "shift manager" made any effort. It wasn't very busy, and there was actually enough staff. However, they seemed more interested in transferring milk or setting a table for four with only three people. If you wanted to order, you were treated like a criminal. The employees should consider a career change.

10/03/2026: Myself and my partner have travelled 40 minutes on multiple occasions to bia after calling to confirm opening hours but when walking in the door 3 young girls tell us they have closed early From a regular customer to bia management, this is extremely unprofessional as this is not the first time this has happened and 3 young girls that was representing your business were extremely rude - I will not be back when these staff members are working The older woman working for yous is a credit to your business, always polite friendly and helpful

17/12/2025: This is a favourite of mine, excellent full Irish and great pancakes and stuff, wonderful seating area with natural lighting and a view of the town through the windows

14/09/2026: I ordered a fish and chips today which is €18.50. I was expecting a decent portion for this price. Unfortunately, I was only given two very small pieces of fish, with half of the plate taken up by some salad leaves. I mentioned this to the waitress (Jean - it would be unfair on the other friendly staff unless singled out here) who simply walked away with no care in the world, and left us waiting fifteen minutes to pay the bill. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel. Would not recommend. Many other nicer restaurants in the city.

30/07/2026: Hmmm. Upfront: absolutely no complaints about the food. Cons: Crowded, hardly we've been walked to our table. People being on the balcony are either forgotten or intentionally not served on time. I saw the other table's guests leaving without being served, so yes, this is an area to improve

12/04/2026: We didn’t stay at the hotel, only dined in the restaurant. Overall, the food was quite good—typical of Irish restaurants. The steak was excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was a mistake with our order, though, and the pizza arrived much later. They apologized a lot for it, which we appreciated, and remained very kind throughout. The wine wasn’t great and was quite expensive, but the steak was fantastic.

15/03/2026: We had been told by friends that Ireland has this great stwe and the best Shepherd pie. Not gonna lie, we had been a little disappointed with the guinness syew and Shepherds pie until we ate here. The best most flavorful Guinness stew and Shepherd pie is made at O'Flynns. This is the cutest establishment. All of the charm and friendliness we have experienced throughout Ireland is present in abundance here.

16/09/2026: Waitress took care and checked in on everyone around us but us. Cocktails are amazing. Sole fish dinner is entire fish bone in…. Just let us know that. It was very hard to get bones off of fish.

30/08/2026: Only disappointment was the waitress. Rude at times and often not clear on what was on the menu. Putting the reserved sign for another party on the table before asking about desert was unfortunate.

10/11/2025: I've stayed here several times and it's always been an absolute pleasure, from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly staff, good food and a fantastic location, so close to the beach.

25/07/2026: I have been going to Ballybunion since I was in utero, and even then I hadn't been to Perrozzi's. It wasn't until I introduced my fiancé to Ballybunion that we went to this pizza place I always wanted to try. Come to find out it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and my fiancé agrees. Their chips cheese and curry are amazing and they serve the best 99s in the town after the loss of the Post Office. Amazing.

12/07/2026: Food is good but the attitude from the people behind the counter seriously needs to be checked there was really no need to scream over a pizza like genuinely I am extremely embarrassed and upset with the food places service would NOT recommend

05/09/2026: Came here to grab a something to eat and grab a beer. We got here at 4pm when google said they opened at at 2pm and the kitchen opened at 3pm. The bartender said he had just opened and when I asked for food, he said food was not being served. Oh well, moved on. Please fix your you hours and fix your food hours.

29/08/2026: Was there with two kids and partner yesterday evening Friday 28th August 2026 at 9pm. Ordered food and a man behind the counter and he was absolutely brilliant. Made ordering good craic and was a genuine nice fellow. I regret not getting his name to personally mention him. Highly recommend. First time in Supermacs for a while and he made it memorable, was nice to us and the kids too.

13/07/2026: Ordered through the Supermacs app. We got a call after an hour to say our food had been delivered to the wrong house. Then had to wait an additional 30mins for our order to arrive. Food was stone cold when it arrived. Genuinely disappointing. When you go in the food is always so good but delivery is just terrible. This is not the first time this has happened either. We’ve gotten wrong food before and sometimes missing items too. If you’re going in, grand, if you’re ordering for delivery order on just eat so at least you can get a refund!

14/05/2026: Lovely hotel on the coast in a beautiful town. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is great, service excellent 👌

07/04/2026: Great stay overall! The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The only downside was the evening restaurant service, which could definitely be improved.
