07/10/2025: A cosy place nice and warm, plenty of space and food was hot and freshly made ,especially the chips unlike some others fastfood outlets where the chips are just luck warm.

09/06/2025: 7 of us went for dinner here after our barge trip - #bargetrip.ie Service was excellent and the food was first class. Our group would particularly recommend the roast beef and the chicken supreme but there was a good choice on the menu, something to suit everyone.

12/10/2025: I will start off by saying food is ok and most of the staff are polite and friendly especially a curly haired waitress. However, an older woman with a bob hairstyle let them down with a bang, we were there for Sunday lunch and from the moment we walked in we were berated and treated like second class citizens. I am a care staff in a home for adults with intellectual disabilities so when we go out for lunch, each meal has to be paid for individually. As we are repeat customers this fact is known by staff before we even sit down to eat and although the bill came to nearly €150 we were very rudely told that in future to ring ahead as they are very busy. I was shocked as this establishment advertise themselves as being open to walk ins but apparently that doesn’t extend to us. Needless to say we won’t be returning.

06/09/2025: Our favorite pub in Ballina — and not just for the Guinness. Brian Boru is a locals’ favorite with some of the best pub food we’ve had in Ireland. The seafood chowder with brown bread, bangers and mash, chicken bacon Caesar, and chicken vol-au-vent were all outstanding. Michael, the owner, and Klyde, the barman, are extraordinarily welcoming (even by Irish standards), and the regulars are as interesting as they are interested in you. We visited often and can’t recommend it enough.

16/12/2025: We had a delicious turkey and ham dinner in Ryan's. Huge portions, but it was such a gorgeous meal. Would definitely go back. Very reasonably priced too.

31/10/2025: This place has gone to the dogs. Used to enjoy the fish. Then they stopped selling fish. OK, I'll get a beef burger. That was tragically bad. Dry like it had been sitting in a hot box all night. Then went on to the chicken. I've had the "Breast in a bun" 5 times now. 2 times out of the 5 it was nice. That's terrible odds with the prices they charge. It's just gone really, really downhill.

19/12/2025: I contacted them before posting any review and got no response. Good evening, so I don't like doing bad Google reviews without contacting a business first as I think it's unfair. I went to your mulhuddart branch this evening to grab food for the family and I'm absolutely fuming and to be honest I dread when the woman that served me this evening is there because she's the absolute definition of rude. I'm in this store weekly and normally spend between €90 and €100 but there's two of my five children away tonight hence the €62 bill. I got home and the garlic cheese chips were missing so the rest of the family ate their burgers while I went back up to get the rest of my order, I told the girl that served me what was missing and she made an absolute show of me like I would do something like this for a few chips, she questioned the other staff members if they given them to me and then states nice and loudly " huh I'll just give them to her " so she processeds to put the smallest amount of chips into the box and I explained politely I'd paid for large so she as good as called me a lier, at this stage I'm disgusted with her attitude and just wanted out of there before I lost my temper so she threw a few chips into the box along with her coworker and absolutely destroyed them with garlic sauce and the tiniest sprinkle of cheese, they were absolutely vile and ended up in the bin as they were swimming in sauce. Also while I'm here one of the burgers I'd ordered with just sauce and cheese but as usual it was fully dressed and this happens everytime this woman takes my order. Kind regards,

18/11/2025: Winter wonderland. Beautifully decorated. Food amazing. Bring your appatiteLittle chilly in the rooms in the evening. Only negative. 25 minute walk to town. I will be back.

21/10/2025: From the outside, the hotel has more of a motel feel. The first strange thing was that you have to walk for ages to get to your room, which is at the very back of the complex, as you can only enter through the front entrance and there are only emergency exits on the sides. The room was cold when I arrived and I had to ask at reception about the heating. I had reserved by phone as I had to move out of my lovely townhouse in Killarney. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone wasn't able to write anything down correctly, despite spelling it out, except for my credit card number. The rooms themselves are dated and have a bit of a feel for classic motels in the USA. I had breakfast included, even though I didn't really want to go without. The motel is ultimately geared towards bus groups, who then occupy the breakfast rooms early in the morning. If I go to Killarney again, I wouldn't stay here again.

22/07/2025: Nice place to visit, every first Sunday of the month there is a car meeting right at this place. Unfortunately they are not allowing to use the toilets now, and there is no other place there.

22/09/2025: Had a absolutely fantastic dinner with a group of 20 yesterday. Food was amazing hot and plentiful. Staff could not do enough for us . Would definitely return in the further

27/07/2025: We had dinner here last night for my parents wedding anniversary. Everything was fantastic, the staff were all lovely and the food was great. The manager was very nice and the attention to detail was great. I would highly recommend this place
