11/11/2024: The live music was incredibly good: I've paid for worse concerts and this one was free and with great musicians and singers. The waiter's attention was perfect. I didn't eat there, just a beer and a couple of soft drinks... But everything looked good, apparently you should eat well.

Tiene un ambiente cómodo y relajado donde nada es demasiado problema el personal es atento y genuinamente parece disfrutar allí trabajo No puedo esperar para volver y este lugar merece una visita

29/12/2024: Realmente estábamos deseando volver a lo que pensamos que era la antigua Coppinger Row donde la comida estaba en el corazón del restaurante. La realidad lejos de la verdad. Menú de comida muy limitado para la cena y platos pequeños eran tan caros para la calidad y cantidad. Se fue sintiéndose completamente abrumado y no se lo recomendaré a amigos, tan decepcionado.

30/05/2024: Went to a Celtic night at the Boardwalk and had an amazing evening, especially thanks to the lovely bartender named Louise. She made incredible cocktails - and mocktails, while being very kind and helpful. Very nice place to try it you stay in Dublin for a couple of nights.

05/05/2024: We’ve been staying here on and off for about 20 years and I’m afraid on our last few stays, the experience hasn’t been as good as it used to be. It’s still an impressive, huge bar but it used to have fairy lights everywhere making it more magical. Some of the staff both at reception and in the bar seem a bit fed up but not all of them. The rooms haven’t changed at all so although comfortable, they really could do with being updated. Impressive reception hall but as you come in the main door there’s a couple of chairs and a very scabby table. Just seems tired and neglected. Our room overlooked a side alley which wasn’t pleasant but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also no fault of the hotel is that there’s quite a few hostels all round it. On a plus side, the breakfasts are still good with something to suit everyone and we were pleased with our fish and chips at dinner one night. Vending machines in the lobbies which is handy. Toilets always clean. No Celtic nights for the three nights we were there but had a good Irish music night. It’s still nice to come back to it at the end of the day for a few drinks rather than roaming about the city at night. We will be back but it’s sad to see changes and would be nice to see some money being spent on it.

08/10/2024: Got a burger and family members got pizza. To be completely honest the burger wasn't great the pizza was ok lots of cheese on it. Lady serving is was absolutely lovely great customer service but there was a younger one who was so moody glad she wasn't serving us

15/02/2025: Rudest bouncer in all of Limerick, thinks he’s the biggest guy in the city. Denies people based off of looks who are of age in a practically dead bar. Throwing away good business for his ego night of February 15 12am Owners take note

17/11/2024: I went here for a friend’s birthday and we sat upstairs. At first, it was a great experience, but then they turned the music up so loud that having a conversation became impossible. This seems to be a common issue at this bar—they act like it’s a nightclub. I usually avoid coming here for this reason. Music can be loud without being so overwhelming that you can’t even think.

13/02/2025: Well me and me Welsh pal arrived after a four hour hike up n back the stairway to heaven to be greeted by the finest Bar maidens I've ever met. Local legends arrived at the bar and were poured pints without asking. The Rugby played and England lost. Met a random asking me to go to Sligo with a drink bought and then the one of the barmaids sang without thinking....I wish I was still there n had me guitar. A fine place to be. The following day we did another hike n went back for food. One of the tastiest cooked all day breakfasts I've had.

24/12/2024: Just OK. Lighting in main dining area would take the eye out of your head.

17/03/2025: Hallelujah!!! I have found heaven on earth! I've never eaten something so delicious! A steak served on an 800 degree lava stone! Plus the necessary portion of Irish hospitality! An experience! Unique! Any time!

12/03/2025: El lugar era caótico debido al sistema en vigor. Conseguir comida y luego hacer cola para pagar significaba que la comida estaba fría, especialmente cuando la persona continuaba hasta que tomó siglos tratar de encontrar artículos. La comida tenía potencial para ser bueno, pero el servicio lo decepcionó.

12/10/2024: A gem of a cafe … friendly and professional staff. When I saw them down on their knees cleaning the table stands, I felt safe in the knowledge my rhubarb & strawberry tart was going to be good. (Oops! I had eaten half of it before taking the photo!) And It Was!! It was my first time in Knock for over 30 years, this cafe, and many of the other improvements are wonderful! Well Done Everyone at Le Cheile!!

08/09/2024: The café is right next to the museum with a view of the basilica. We were there at lunchtime and were served very friendly.

09/04/2025: Really nice staff. Lost my phone there and returned the next day to see could I find it. The staff had it kept safe behind the bar.

04/04/2025: 2 different menus that change at 4 p.m. sharp. 5 minutes beforehand there is no chance of getting the other card. Food is quite good, service is not the real deal!
