11/04/2025: Nice atmosphere, but the service is lacking. Especially the bar manager, very rude and disrupting person. Would love to recommend this place but only if the management will change.

23/02/2025: Benners is a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of tralee, its so central, we had breakfast and dinner there which were both delicious. The bar was lovely too with lovely cosy little snugs. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and spacious, would highly recommend Benners if ever you are visiting Tralee.

Il locale è molto invitante e caloroso, completamente in legno e con un camino che invita sicuramente ad entrare. Il cibo è buono, il personale gentile e il prezzo molto basso. Lo consiglio assolutamente

05/03/2025: I booked this restaurant for a group of about 68 people. Unfortunately, the room was very cold and not particularly inviting. The food was acceptable, but not outstanding. I cannot understand the 4.5-star ratings. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant as it gave the impression of mass processing

18/04/2025: This place for the price the quality of food did not meet up. The duck was so dry. And the soup and shrimp were bland as well. Might have just caught them in an off night. Our server was quick to take our order but didn’t see them again for the rest of the night.

15/04/2025: Ate here last night because I was excited to try gluten free fish and chips and oysters. Food took over an hour because the kitchen was backed up, so I truly believe they forgot to serve it to me gluten free. I have had GI distress, chills, nausea since. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone gluten free. and if it wasn’t the gluten it was definitely the oysters. My boyfriend feels fine but this has put a damper on our trip here.

25/01/2025: We had stay at this awesome hotel during our honeymoon trip. Rooms are very tidy, clean and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dinner at Fishermen’s was good. We asked them about Halal Vegan food and they managed to provide us up to our demand. Highly appreciated gesture 👍👍 Breakfast chef at Charlie’s Restaurant was very welcoming. Breakfast’s taste was awesome. Overall experience was very good. We will also give reviews at our YouTube handle @DocOnTrail.

07/04/2025: We went for food in the unicorn this evening and the restaurant was completely empty except for another couple that was almost finished. We placed our order and after nearly 30 mins we asked how long more we would be waiting to be told that the order was never sent into the kitchen and could we tell them again what we would like . While we were waiting someone called the bar phone and the staff member jokingly very loudly answered the phone “hello Limerick Morgue “ I assume it was in reference to how dead the place was. I can totally appreciate that a person can make a mistake but for them not to have noticed how long we were waiting & for them to continue just pottering around when we were there only customers was beyond disappointing, we left hungry and in no rush to ever come back again .

30/03/2025: If I could give 0 stars then I would. Worst experience I've had in any cafe. I felt like I was on faulty towers. From forgotten orders to horrible food. A smashed wine class at my feet, only picked up when I pointed it out. Honestly even if everywhere else is full, keep walking passed this place.
