03/11/2024: I had a very bad experience with the restaurant manager, she booked a table next to birthday party table, we were not able to get Ben hear each others, and hence I complained she answered ‘ we can not do anything’ . And usually people did not complain.

03/11/2024: The food was great! Anne was fun and lovely. The only thing that brought down the atmosphere was a middle-aged man complaining about a party of kids that weren't even that loud, while he had brought his own loud kids to the same place... if they kicked him out for being a Karen I'd have given Atmosphere 5 stars.

16/09/2024: What a fantastic place. We had two coaches over in Ireland and needed a place to eat. With only a 2hr warning they managed 60 meals in under 1 hour. Everything from the service to the food was brilliant. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Many thanks we will be back.

23/08/2024: Very disappointed. Rude staff. On mentioning that kids have been waiting for their food for 50 minutes the waitress replied „well that‘s not my fault!“

18/05/2024: We received such a great welcoming to this place and the waitress was absolutely lovely. The food was great and the portion sizes were generous. Would definitely come again.

21/06/2024: I’ve been to the shop over 20 years. They ship to the U.S. and have great service. I love the pottery so much and the smaller pieces make great gifts or go bigger! Beautiful glazes and shapes!

07/11/2024: Myself, my husband and our 2.5 year old stopped in for a quick soup while out running errands. The barman was very attentive making sure our little fella was well looked after too. We had a veg soup and chips. Soups was really tasty and not like the imitation baby food ya get in most places. The chips were skin on skinny chip with a decent amount too. They were great. My husband loved the MUG of great coffee. They pull a good pint too.

26/10/2024: Friendly staff, large portion, We had scampi for mains and fish and chips, slightly overcooked but still tasty, had chocolate brownie for dessert- not recommend Cons- the material on the chairs are filthy dirty White House wine delicious

08/10/2024: Good for a pint of Guinness to wind down the evening while sitting out front to watch the people. There are bouncers at the door checking ID's but they could clearly tell that I am definitely of age. Inside, loud with music at 8pm on a Saturday night. So it was outside with the pint glass and thankfully, no one smoking out there. Great to sit for an hour and watch the idiots peel out from Eyre Square in their fancy cars. And watch the taxis make the u-turn to the stand directly in front. And when someone did decide to light up, finish off the pint and head onwards. Lots of tourists in town this evening so it was busy all around.

04/10/2024: Max was great! The ambiance was amazing and the food good. Recommend if you want good seafood chowder or stew.

14/10/2024: The Latch in Tallow is a one off and great experience. If you were alive 30/40 years ago the food was wholesome and great value for money, this is the Latch today. The staff and owners are so lovely to deal with but the rumour that it may close at Christmas I urge you to go and have their food.

09/11/2024: Very disappointed in many levels. After long road trip I stopped by with the family to get some food. Food not as taste as in other Supermac's, hair in the burger, place was filthy, had to clean the table myself, floor was covered with leftovers. Toddler chairs were sticky with the amount of dirt on it. Service was very disappointing, not welcoming atmosphere either. Was waiting for the food quite long, there was family that arrived after us and got food served before us. It wasn't busy. Eight staff working on the floor at the front and have the state of the restaurant at this level it's just shocking, looked like everyone was working there as had no other choice and been dragged to work by the hair. Not recommending at all, won't stop by, even if I got paid to do so.

14/10/2024: American tourists in Ireland - this was definitely more “American” feel but just what we were looking for to watch the NFL games. Pulled pork nachos were amazing. Great atmosphere and would recommend!

04/10/2024: The worst food I have ever eaten in my whole life, I wish I had never gone there, the beer was watery, I wish I had told you at the time but I was so disappointed I couldn't, it was my boyfriend's birthday, I tried to take him somewhere nice and it was simply the worst food we've ever had, we couldn't even eat to be honest. We spent €60 and we had one of the worst experiences of our lives.

10/09/2024: Can I give them 6 stars? Peppers is the real deal. We were a group of 100 cyclists and crew on a 400Km charity cycle across the wild atlantic way raising funds for LauraLynn. Peppers fed us all for free as a donation to our cause. Can't thank them enough. Awesome food, great great great people. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to my next trip to visit them again as a paying customer.

06/08/2024: A beautiful bar, the interior is sophisticated and chic yet cosy. A very inviting atmosphere. The lunch menu has some great options I'm looking forward to trying. We opted for the Beetroot salad with Goats cheese, it was perfect. I'd certainly recommend 👌

27/10/2024: This spot was probably the best spot I've ever had food in to date..The vol u vents were exquisite,nothing was spared.I can't express it enough,my only regret was personally thanking the chef..The staff were like a warm friendly loving family that you can only dream of.I can't wait to take my 4 children there asap.
