19/08/2025: Pizza House in Black Castle Navan were incredibly unprofessional in their response to my partner ringing them to check where our food was. They answered the phone and abused him, not letting him get a word in edgeways before saying they were cancelling his order. I think this is completely unacceptable from the restaurant. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with them whenever we ring to order they are always exceptionally rude but to throw abuse down a customers ear for simply asking the whereabouts of our food that we paid for is beyond a joke.

22/04/2025: Lively little country pub which is well decorated. Unfortunately when we visited there were 5 young guys sitting at the bar and their language was disgrace. There were women in the bar and a little 5 year old and they should not have been treated to such foul language in almost every sentence. Unfortunately the guy behind the bar must have felt it was acceptable as not once did he ask them to tone it down or refuse to serve them any more drink. The management here really need to step up their game and lay down a few ground rules. Would I return...... No

15/07/2025: We visited this restaurant on our way back home from Shannon Airport. It wasn't our first time and it certainly won't be our last. We got such a warm welcome when we arrived. The staff are fantastic and the food is amazing. We loved how the Childrens Menu was as wholesome and appealing as the normal adults menu. Really class restaurant, spotless condition with fantastic staff and food. Looking forward to visiting again. We'll done to all involved. A must for anyone living in or visiting Bunratty Co. Clare.

25/01/2025: We have a family lunch here on New Year 2025. Great portions of food and very delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will come back again for sure. 👍

07/08/2025: What a shame to see this place sink to this bottom of unprofessionalism in comparison to what it was years ago. Completely outdated and in serious need of a refurbishment or shut down. Staff clearly not trained in customer service with the usual 'are ya ok?' As opposed to a more professional greeting in attempt to actually serve' the customer. Nothing pisses me off more than that stupidity. I had enquired of ordering from a server who returned approx 10 to 15 minutes later. Since I did not see on the menu what I would like, when asked did I wish to order?' I polietly stated 'No thank you' to be responded with 'are ya ok?' Seriously?! Same happened upon my arrival to another server behind the bar. I am 'ok' I have not' got two heads and would just have liked to be served. Ok! Never again! Joe Germaine, your establishment has gone to &*^%e! Yours sincerely, Thank you.

23/08/2025: My friend and I went here today after playing a football match, it was excellent service and food. Unfortunately some man came in and just started harassing the staff, complaining about his order and was being a bully towards them. The staff handled it like pros though, top class service.
