23/02/2025: Whilst doing some shopping in penny's we decided to try this place out. We are a family of 4. One of the best carvery around, I opted for pavaolva for desert and by God it went down a treat. The staff are so polite and welcoming also. Will defo be back
21/02/2025: Had breakfast here and food was nice and staff was lovley. Good portion size and priced very well. Easy to miss as it is in the back of the marshes where no one really goes. Go past the food court and past the barbers and you come across this gem. Seen they even have beer taps and wine menu if your having lunch and a cheeky jar. Would come back again.

24/08/2025: RACISM runs deep here. The bouncers here seems to only care when a white person needs help.This was the first and only time I’ve experienced something like this in Dublin, and it left me shocked, disappointed, and hurt. A club I once loved has now become a place I will never set foot in again.
Do better.
19/08/2025: Our group of 4 (all Asian/brown-skinned) were waiting quietly in the queue, sober and respectful. Despite that, we were denied entry. Meanwhile, a group of 5 white men who were clearly drunk and even smoking in the queue were let straight in. The double standard was obvious and deeply frustrating.
This experience felt blatantly racist and discriminatory. Camden Bar should be held accountable for treating customers unfairly based on skin color. No one should have to experience this kind of prejudice when simply trying to enjoy a night out.

10/08/2025: Central location but noisy! Our room facing the street was excruciatingly loud during the night. The source of the noise was a club or pub with noisy guests and roaring cars. Otherwise, the room was clean and OK. Breakfast was poor and lacked freshness. However, the staff was friendly and the service was good.

10/08/2025: We stayed for 4 days for the Fleadh. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't served till 9am but they accommodated us with a continental breakfast for two mornings when we had to be gone early. We ate in the bar on two evenings. While we had to wait a while for the food, it was worth the wait. No complaints there! The hotel decor is a bit dated and could do with a makeover but it didn't affect us in any way.
We would stay again.
08/04/2025: We went for dinner here on Sunday and to say the food was shocking is an understatement when I sent my dinner back I was told very rudely by a staff member our chef is under pressure I also noticed we weren't the only table to send back dinners that we waited over an hour for I won't be returning

14/07/2025: Stayed here in car park in Motorhome. Got a warm welcome when we phoned and boy is it worth a visit! Dog friendly. Had pate and garlic mushrooms to start! Best pate I have had in a very long time! Then sizzling prawns and chicken in sauce for mains! I could finish mine! Beautiful. Well worth a visit . If we’re back this way we will be back
17/06/2025: This place is an all rounder, lovely bar, great Sunday lunch, its a huge place with a great roof terrace, looking forward to my next visit for a longer stay and to sup a few more Guinness's, the staff were friendly and the toilets were spotless and well stocked.

12/07/2025: Our party of four had lunch in La Marine at Kellys Rosslare on a beautiful summer day.
We selected from the Mains Menu. Two trout and two chicken bruschetta.
The trout arrived on bed of pine nuts, mushrooms etc and swimming in oil. It was stomach turning.
The bruschetta was a few pieces of chicken on a piece of hard bread and big lumpy wedges. I've eaten bruschetta in the best restaurants, but to call this bruschetta was a joke. Unfortunately we were not laughing.
The AI generated screaming parrot adds nothing to the ambience. It needs to be put out of its misery.
Never again.
0 out of 5 would be more appropriate as it was that bad.
Our waiter Andrew was excellent.
05/07/2025: Brilliant. We ate in La Marine restaurant. Staff were so good. Great with multiple sensitivies and coeliac. Could not have been better. Dedicated fryer. Great food. Felt very safe. Menu did not show the allergens but they can modify most dishes. Lots of options for starter main and deserts. Had the fish of the day. Other half had pork chop. Delicious. 4 restaurants here and all could cater for us. Will be back. Lovely gardens. Beach walk. So good.

10/08/2025: If you're reading a google review about a chipper you probably care somewhat about the finer details. None of our other reviews detail chippers as none of them really stand out, despite many being of relatively good quality. Tower Grill here almost seems healthy ! Decent staff, really good quality fish, big thick pieces, good batter, staff who care about the produce and their cooking. New set-up apparently, they recently took over the business.

09/03/2025: Lovely stay in cosy Room it's traditional but with all mod cons too. The hot water bottle in the room was just the icing on the cake. Good breakfast too.
