08/12/2025: We had a fantastic family stay at Hylands Burren Hotel. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special thank you to Aaron, who kindly accommodated a request before our stay and made everything so easy for us. We truly had a wonderful experience and would happily return!

Lovely staff but the food i had was just gross.
Had lamb for dinner.
Red raw on the inside and like a rock from the Burren to cut.
Shame on the cook thats cooking there.

08/11/2025: Sorry to leave a bad review as usually the food is nice and fresh. We order today when the restaurant opened and got hard chips , stale batter sausages , chicken wrap with dried out goujans. I was so disapointed as the food is usually fresh but my order was definitely reheated food from day before . Very disapointed with the quality of food as it is usually fresh but not today.
25/10/2025: Portion sizes are great, delivery is fast enough but at times has been abit on the colder side, but the major fail and it seems its not limited to Giulio's is the fact the staff in chippers these days seem to have lost the ability to put salt and vinegar on the chips unless your standing in front of them reminding them salt and vinegar please. Even stating in the comments when ordering online extra salt and vinegar results in you guessed it..no salt and vinegar.

31/12/2025: The food isn’t as nourishing and healthy as they claim. Most of the stuff from the menu is deep fried and the sourdough toast was rock hard. The coffee wasn’t tasty either. Kids menu is not healthy at all. Overrated and overpriced for what they provide.
12/12/2025: Amazing concept.
The food was absolutely incredible, and I love that I can get lentils, nuts, and seeds straight out of a jar instead of wrestling with yet another plastic pack. Love the refillable household items, and Irish produce.
So simple — so genius and so delicious!

08/01/2026: Came here for the Fish & Chips we enjoyed a year ago. Unfortunately, the waiting staff was extremely unmotivated. (Gave us a drinking cup: "what is that?" "I don't know, I don't pour the drinks")
Really takes some of the fun out of going out to eat.
Chips were a bit overfried, mushy peas bland. I liked the fish, even though it was not exactly obvious to me whether I actually got the "larger" fillet as described for "Dino's Special".

24/12/2025: We stayed in Powerscourt for a night away and had breakfast here. Oscar was an absolute gentleman and unbelievable service. He was extremely helpful and very polite and went above board for everything. He made the experience even better. Thank you Oscar!

29/07/2025: We had such a lovely evening here with old friends. The food was spectacular. My friends all had seafood which was incredibly fresh and delicious, while I opted for what was the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! Could not recommend highly enough.
25/07/2025: Great service by Eve & Excellent food by Orla - Seafood medley was delicious, mussels starter plentiful & pizza fully loaded - wine menu good & our 8 year old Granddaughter had a visit with the cats on the Patio - hope to get back soon again - Thanks so much 🙏🏻💚❤️

13/01/2026: Food standards have really gone down we went for a sunday dinner and it was a big let down compared to meals we have had there many times before.
05/01/2026: Hotel is very well located in centre of the town. Refurb downstairs looks good, but some carpets/fittings upstairs were a little old & looked unloved. Food was good, and a few options to choose at the carvery. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. Staff were efficient & accommodating. We will be back.

Drink prices are reasonable.
27/08/2025: A very special pub with a great atmosphere, fantastic people and a warm welcome. The social spin is a fantastic idea to enable people to socialise in a rural setting. Many good times at Faha Court bar and the landlord Sean is great. A one of a kind place.

Ottimo il loro piatto della tradizione fish & chips, per me in versione senza glutine con una perfetta panatura croccante e non unta. Atmosfera informale ma con stile e servizio attento e curato. WHEN I POINTED THIS OUT TO STAFF SHE SAID THE HAIR IS BLACK , AND YOU HAVE DARK HAIR .
BUT OTHER STAFF HAD LONG BLACK HAIR ALSO .
I GOT NO APPOLAGY NO SORRY NO NOTHING. SHE JUST WALKED OFF AS IF IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HER'S.
RUDE , AND CHEEKY STAFF .
UN TRAINED IN FOOD SAFTY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
