05/05/2026: Historic building. Great location, to walk the streets and discover fun shops, restaurants, and pubs. Fantastic service! Decor is a bit sad and old.

18/07/2026: Everything was great. A delicious fish stew for €20. And very good fish and chips for €15! Very cool atmosphere. Welcoming service. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.

18/07/2026: Cool place aesthetically but the service was horrible, the food was entirely hit or miss, steak was way way undercooked, and we were charged a service fee or tip that wasn’t included on the receipt or mentioned at all. Will never be dining here again and will recommend most people avoid this place when visiting Galway.

16/07/2026: Excellent food and great service! The kebab pizza was delicious, with a crispy crust, generous toppings, and plenty of flavor. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and well-seasoned. The portions were generous, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty meal!

25/07/2026: All I would say is the manager here really needs to learn some customer service. I came in and just ordered two standalone pieces of chicken. They were fine, a bit dry or overcooked, but okay. There are definitely better branches of Supermacs out there, like the ones in Tipperary or Clonmel. What really horrified me though was when I ordered two Dubai Chocolate Sundaes. They took ages to make them in the first place, and then they brought over the wrong order. When I pointed out it wasn’t what I’d asked for, they took it back and said they were going to make the correct ones. Instead the manager sent over one of her junior colleagues, who tried to claim I’d ordered a cookie and ice cream, which I never did. I stuck to my guns and told the junior staff member it was rude of her manager to send her over to try and tell me I’d ordered something different. Around the same time I also saw one of the male workers drop something on the floor. I wasn’t happy with the confrontational approach at all, so I asked for a refund, which was given without too much argument. But the whole thing felt really gutterish. I’ve been to this branch on other occasions and it’s been okay, but okay is all it is. Nothing stands out. The store itself looks a bit weathered and dated, and the chicken definitely seemed like it had been sitting around for a while.

17/07/2026: First off the staff are very rude and they look like they don’t want to be there my mother had asked if her granddaughters could use the bathroom yes they had a customer with them but she then went on to talk about she hates when a customer interrupts her then proceeds to not open the door if your not able to multitask you are not meant for hospitality

07/06/2026: The fact that this hotel costs nearly 600 USD a night and has a similar quality to a Motel 6 in the united states is sad. When we arrived, the curtains had a stain on them, the toilet wasn't fully connected to the floor... towels were stained... food was subpar... missing parts in each meal... doors didn't lock or lacked locks in general...overall disappointing for the amount paid
