17/07/2026: I bought one small cheese pizza and one portion of chicken wings, which came to a total of €18.50. Because my younger sister is still a child and didn’t know the price, she handed the cashier €30. However, she was only given €1.50 in change, when she should have received €11.50. When I realized what had happened, I went back to the restaurant and spoke to them politely. All I wanted was for them to understand the situation and check the security camera so we could resolve the issue in a friendly and respectful way. We have been loyal customers for many years, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. Very disappointing and completely unacceptable. When we arrived, they immediately insisted that their employee was right, making it seem as though we were the ones who were lying. They chose to believe their staff without properly investigating and treated us with a clear lack of respect. We asked to speak with the cashier who had served us, but the owner initially refused to call her over. After I found her myself, she then suggested checking the CCTV again and kept avoiding giving a clear answer. This was after they had already repeatedly insisted that their employee was correct. It is truly upsetting that after supporting this business for several years, this is how we were treated.

29/07/2025: We had such a lovely evening here with old friends. The food was spectacular. My friends all had seafood which was incredibly fresh and delicious, while I opted for what was the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! Could not recommend highly enough.

25/07/2025: Great service by Eve & Excellent food by Orla - Seafood medley was delicious, mussels starter plentiful & pizza fully loaded - wine menu good & our 8 year old Granddaughter had a visit with the cats on the Patio - hope to get back soon again - Thanks so much 🙏🏻💚❤️

20/04/2025: We had a family lunch on Easter Sunday in Hugo’s Restaurant. Rayon and Saibhe provided excellent service. The food was delicious and the set menu was good value. There was entertainment for children in the hotel ballroom which was a nice touch and my daughter loved the face-painting and balloon making. Overall a lovely lunch experience.

28/05/2025: Ordered a cake for my daughters 21st from the quigleys website. Very easy process and cake was absolutely beautiful. Looked great and tasted great. Couldnt have been happier. Really recommend to anyone who is considering using them. Thank you very much quigleys.
