30/07/2024: Came on the 30/07/2024 around 530pm
Ordered sandwich with such a detained and patronising attitude. You ask for something small ie a little extra topping and they handled the food showing their frustration and looked like they don’t even want to do their jobs they get paid for.
Rude attitudes. Poor service with not even an ounce of basic customer service.
They need to employ staff who have a passion to want to work …….
10/05/2024: Horrible food , ordered a wrap which I get from obriens all the time , my first time getting from blanch and I’m completely turned off ever going back , Omni is far better

Wineport Lodge
14/02/2025: I always thought the Wineport Lodge was the place to have dinner in the midlands but the quality has considerably dropped. However, the prices are higher now!!! Meaning a very basic steak with no trimmings will set you back 40 eur when it is 25-30 eur anywhere else. The dinner menu is very basic. Very disappointed and will not go there again for a while.
20/01/2025: Amazing spot with real character, amazing cocktails and for non drinkers like I amazing Moctails. Food was delicious and service with a smile

17/02/2025: No puedo revisar la comida, ya que no nos pasaron recepcionista. Era domingo, así que entiendo el día ocupado. Me dijeron que el restaurante estaba lleno. Había unas 20 personas esperando. La recepcionista no nos dio idea de cuándo entraríamos y realmente tampoco tenía interés. Parece que no hay sistema de espera. Es un restaurante grande y la gente obviamente termina de comer en algún momento. Sólo decía que estaba lleno. Nos fuimos ya que no sentimos que nuestra costumbre era deseada. Un grupo grande antes que nosotros tuvo la misma recepción. También se fueron. Pasará un tiempo antes de que lo intentemos aquí de nuevo.

The Donkey Shed Restaurant
23/09/2024: A great hidden gem I discovered. Nice food, but even better than the food was the customer service & attention to detail. These folks need to give classes on how to serve in a restaurant. Remarkable!!
Oh, don't forget to buy some carrots for kiddos to feed the donkeys! Wait until you see the antiques shop. Get some farm fresh produce while you in there!
20/06/2024: Clean and friendly staff,food is frozen food heated up...I got ribs and chicken wings ..ribs where ok but a bit cool...chicken wings were nearly cold...the wife got chicken wings and hers were hardly heated..service was slow and no one came back after serving to see if everything was OK with food..I expect more for my money so I won't be back...

29/12/2024: Fabulous food for the whole family and my son has allergies to dairy fish and eggs.
It is rare to feel comfortable and trust all the staff. A big 5 🌟
27/10/2024: Had restaurant booked for birthday dinner for group of 6. Was worried after reading previous review. All I can say is we were blown away. Live in Midlands and eat out frequently, including Dublin. Flannerys is without a doubt at the very top when it came to food and service. Definitely missing out if you don't pay a visit. Friends and I already organising our next visit. Thanks Flannerys for a fantastic experience.
