The best restaurants

21/12/2024: Really disappointing experience. Table in the corner was breezy. Group beside us were loud and just drinking, vaping in the snug and shouting about where they would buy a bag that night. Male staff were very friendly. One female server gave a glass of Prosecco to the table overflowing and spilling down the side. Then slammed two of the main courses onto the table. Never asked did we need sauce salt vinegar for chips and fish. Food itself was nice but desserts were way overpriced €9.50 for a tiny cheesecake, not worth it. Service doesn’t match the food and price doesn’t match service. Won’t be back

04/09/2026: Ordered from this chipper today the 4th of September through the just eat app at about 5:30pm for delivery at 7:30pm after waiting till 8:40pm I received an email to say the order was cancelled for no apparent reason. I then tried calling the chipper to find out what the reason was for the food order being cancelled and to no surprise the phone rings out. I normally collect from here but they just lost a customer that uses the regulary. Absolutely shocking service.

18/07/2025: The food and milkshakes are sooo delicious and the staff are so kind and seat you right away. The decorations and the inside is so vintage I love the food and this place. Definitely coming back!

31/08/2025: Best of luck to the new owners hopefully they have more respect to their regulars who came week in week out. Planned to come at 3 which was original planned for them to change to 6 pm and them refuse us at door because the lynches said it was too busy. They were well able to take my money when tumble weed was blowing across bar.

23/04/2025: My favourite Pub in town!!! Super friendly Staff!!! A warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a great selection of beers at fair prices. It’s always a pleasure to stop by! I do miss the Cotton Ball beers (hope it makes a return soon)! Overall, just a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

12/06/2024: Loved this place! Reminded me of Steak & Shake in the states. Food was close to American but just different enough to let you know you're in Ireland! Would definitely visit again if I ever get back to Galway.

30/04/2025: Worst experience ever in an airport lounge. Don’t come here if you are thinking of a nice relaxing way to start your holiday / journey. I had complementary access which took the pain out the €40 we paid for my wife. Staff unhelpful and disinterested apart from the bull dog who was responsible for guarding the valuable two complementary drinks rule ! Her wonderful customer service was to ask every customer if this was their second drink and then argue with you about the need for a mixer which she never provided. Food very limited and there a good few hours in the fridge. Was more than happy to go down to the bar and pay full price. At least the staff seemed interested. Scored a one because I can’t give a lower score !

26/05/2024: The best pizza I've tried in Dublin. Cons: no cutlery. Pizza is cooked in an oven, friendly chef-seller.

09/08/2026: I have to admit, the food was absolutely delicious. However, one thing I found a little unusual, and something I hadn’t really come across in other places, was that tea and coffee were charged separately. Most places I’ve been to for breakfast have included tea or coffee with the meal. That said, I have to say they served some of the most delicious hash browns and white pudding I’ve ever had!

03/02/2024: Place is decent enough but the owner is an evil little smurf. I heard this place is closing, if that guy opens restaurant again, all stuff waiters and chefs please be careful.. ☺️
