Gino's
Galway

Eivissa-Ibiza
Dublin
26/09/2023: Really nice food and atmosphere here - recommend booking in advance as it gets busy!
25/08/2023: I was here Saturday with a friend. Food, service and drinks were all great. Very nicely decorated too. Staff were professional and friendly with the right balance. I’ve marked down one star because the hot water in the bathroom taps. There’s no cold mixer and though they have a small sign to caution of hot water, it was far too hot. I withdrew my hands instantly. They need to get this fixed. It’s an injury waiting to happen. And no small sign would absolve liability.

Froth Coffee
Naas legal town
18/03/2025: Fabulous coffee and always a friendly welcome. The loyalty card is great too - doesn’t take me long to fill them up. Having a drive thru option in Naas town is so handy and I treat myself often. Support local!

Henry's at the Glenside
Julianstown/whitecross
02/06/2025: We had lunch at Harry’s in the Glenside Hotel recently and left with mixed feelings. The setting was pleasant and the menu looked promising, but the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.
Service was friendly but clearly handled by junior staff who seemed a bit unsure at times – not a major issue, but noticeable. The main letdown was the food: the chicken in the pasta arrabbiata tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared, and lacked the expected flavour punch. The kid’s brownie dessert was dry (and stale?) which was disappointing for something so simple.
There’s potential here, but attention to food quality and a bit more training for the team would make a big difference. We may give it another try in the future, but for now, it was just okay.

Oasis of Taste at Maxol Templeogue
Dublin
05/03/2025: Lovely store.
Very well laid out.
Good products.
Staff and management poor.
Bad atmosphere.
17/02/2025: the toilet is always out of order. I don’t know if the owner doesn’t know about or if the staffs squad is lazy and they don’t wanna clean it later but it never is open to use.
