19/07/2025: Stunning Chinese. The food was really top quality and at a very reasonable price. Service was excellent. Top marks This will definitely be my Chinese go-to from now on.

13/07/2025: Feeling peckish on a Monday evening decided to go here for dinner. Food was gorgeous. Fish was in the lightest batter 😋 Steak was fantastic. It wasn't too busy got a table no problem for 5 people at 6pm. Staff in the dining room were like they didn't really want to be there 😔.

19/08/2024: Went in today went to place my order at counter as I have allways been doing was told again I had to use kiosk even though I told the staff I couldn’t use it had to leave the shop for a second time with no food I’ll never step foot in this place again I’ve usually eat here three to four times a week but never again I’ve been coming here since this place opened can’t believe the staff can’t just take an order it’s not hard to do you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to take a small order but for some reason they can’t you go to any other fast food restaurant Mac Donald s Burger King it’s not a problem but it is here

19/06/2024: We visited this hotel while in Waterford. The staff here are friendly, polite, mannerly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff particularly is what stands out. If I was to be critical I would say I preferred the old food menu, the fish and chips is not the same as it once was. Lovely spot to visit.

24/04/2024: Lovey food and ambiance. Great staff. Was so nice to wind down and enjoy a meal after browsing around boutiques in Waterford all morning. Had the roast beef and it was as nice as the frock I bought earlier. Treat yourself and enjoy a nice meal by the sea.

29/10/2024: I have always liked going to this place as it seems a little more up market than the usual Shannon Industrial places you go to eat lunch. Today I was not happy. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, waitress asked what salad do you want and I said whatever salad is available except egg.. it was a pretty clear instruction. we were the only ones there at the time as it was just turned 12pm. What I got was a toasted ham cheese and onion sandwich! not even close to chicken. I told the waitress straight away and not even a "sorry our mistake" was uttered. she then went about ordering the sandwich again and from the distance she called over and said "do you want lettuce" I said yes please, I want white bread, no butter, and what ever salad is available with chicken as long as there is no egg.. I sat and waited until 12.26 and had to actually go ask the waitress to see if my sandwich was ready as I had not been waiting almost half an hour. she slowly walked off to the kitchen and came out with it straight away.. again it was not what I ordered, I got a dry chicken and lettuce sandwich which I was now forced to eat as I was already running late to return back to work. When I complained as I was paying she said "its a make you own sandwich, you have to pick what you want in it" to which I told her I DID PICK WHAT I WANTED .. "I asked for a chicken salad sandwich, when you asked what salad I said all of the salad whatever is available" ... again I didnt get a sorry or any kind of reply just !do you want your receipt".. I wont be eating there again if you cant even get a chicken salad sandwich right! ... I must add, I have ordered this before and it came out quickly and perfect, todays issue was with the waitress who ordered it wrong twice..

It was obvious from my observation that the hot food side of business appears not that professional as the oil seemed not hot enough for the batter or the batter not made correctly...either or but something seemed off when it was added to oil. Wouldn't be going back here again for hot food but hopefully raw wild salmon fillet for €37 that i purchased is nice when cooked to my taste.. Overall experience is poor as it has just reinforced my opinion you only get the best fish and chips along the coast of ireland from qualified chefs knowing what they are doing and this shop trying to combine both selling raw and hot food doesn't work in my opinion. Pedí Mandi Lamb, fue un verdadero placer probar cada pieza de él . . . por favor no dude en visitar este restaurante . . . para mí es un "lugar de visita obligada" en Dublín. no preste atención a los comentarios negativos equivocados, la gente está confundiendo "Istanbel kebbab" con el restaurante de Estambul cerca.

14/03/2025: Spring rolls tasty. Cantonese duck with fr3d rice nor crispy enough - skin was soft. Chicken balls not crispy enough - very good portion with curry and chips. Average meal - cost €26 & was available to pick up in 10 mins

20/02/2025: Very friendly and the food tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend.
