29/11/2025: Great pint, cash only and a one of a kind barman!

31/07/2025: There’s not many pubs like this left! Authentic Irish pub with lady’s snug booth! (I originally thought it was for betting! 😂 Load’s of authentic memorabilia! … great pint of Guinness and good company!

14/07/2024: Be warned, the photos are altogether misleading. The actually restaurant was far closer to an old man’s pub. A rather outdated one. We asked for menus and were simply asked what we want instead since menus weren’t readily available. Asked what they did have and they basically gave us a blank stare before asking what we like. In other words we just had a full Irish breakfast. Delicious breakfast but not at all the pleasing dining experience I could only assume from the photos posted. The drink attendant didn’t know how to make a mocha.

15/07/2025: This bar has disimproved over the last few years. Still much better than Hacketts (full of poseurs) opposite and has a reasonable selection of drinks. Needs a loving hand to bring it back to what it was.

16/02/2024: Lovely little restaurant overlooking the ocean. The feeling of having the best burger sitting on the edge of the continent is unbeatable.

02/12/2023: Website said opening at 12h00 and upon arrival at 12h30, it looked abandoned.
