03/01/2025: Ordered and paid for delivery to College street Baldoyle 1st January @ 20.45pm. Rang again @ 21.42 was told it was for collection although I paid for delivery. Was told I would not get reheated food but that’s what arrived. Starters and meal were cold and chips were soggy. Bad experience

26/11/2024: I got a takeaway the lady behind the counter was lovely very nice. But I had to listen to a horrible nasty delivery driver (female)giving out and dictating to her. Absolute bully. Felt so sorry for the lovely counter assistant.

24/12/2024: I just got food last order on Xmas eve, normally tops but they forgot the curry sauce and prawn crackers ,

14/09/2024: Paid €20+ for a mega box and basically got a box of chips, the food food was dry and covered in a ridiculous amount of salt. Stay well away

15/08/2024: I ordered a 3in1 and a 2in1 from here tonight and we'll I took a bit off two chips and to say it was disgusting is an understatement the chips were very dry even with curry sauce it just tasted like it was reheated 3 times and the curry sauce tasted more like water than curry absolutely disgusting this place needs to be shut down I'm shocked they still get customers I used to eat from here years ago when my sister worked here and it used to be lovely but ever since they got a different chef the food has been appalling when I rang for a refund I was told I had to bring the food to the shop myself as the delivery driver won't go to collect the food which I never heard of any food place refusing to collect food that got complaints I also didn't get so much as were very sorry or nothing just basically told me bring it to the shop yourself and we'll look at the food and then give you a refund absolutely disgraceful food and bad customer service too

12/01/2025: This was awful! I had gotten Margarita Pizza and there was way too much cheese, I kept on choking. There was so much grease on the pizza box! Last time buying from here…

23/08/2024: This is the second time in a row that the order is not correct. The staff do not listen and definitely do not check that the order is correct.

27/12/2024: Just ordered a Breakfast box and breakfast roll. They rang to say that they read the order wrong and forgot to send the breakfast roll, but I can use the contents of the breakfast box to make a roll because they sent a roll with it. This roll costs just over €8 euro by the way! The roll they sent was stale! The food in general was horrible. When they called to tell us THEY made a mistake, it should have been them telling us the roll we ordered and paid for is on the way. But no, just make due with what you get. Horrific customer service!

24/10/2024: Good value for the money. Drinks and toasts are included and can have a refill with the drink. Staffs are lovely. Excellent customer service and friendly.

07/12/2024: Ignored my call and forgot my drink and food and still came just to give my ice cream but not the rest and I call to the place and said sry we have you it but I said that I don't have it

15/10/2024: Food was good and tasty. Took a good while for it to arrive for delivery. It took 1hr 35 mins just for 3 items to arrive….. when I rang they were very nice and apologetic.

08/10/2024: Togher sub way it cost 9.80 for footlong sub with chicken and cheese a bit expensive I think as I got the same one in subway wilton and was charged 6.30 not happy at all won't be going back have proof as tap with phone

28/09/2024: Always friendly. My son enjoys this with Tika chicken, cheese and lettuce. And the rainbow cookies..expensive enough when getting a fairly plain subway.

01/01/2025: Ordered food delivery of 60 euro, 90 minutes ago. Waiting and no delivery. We rang every number from the local mizzoni to ones out in south dublin and got no reply. Avoid!

07/12/2024: I paid close to €50 for my food to arrive 40 minutes late and to come BURNT and COLD, when i rang up to explain the situation i was told there is no way its possible and that they do quality checks, i asked if i was being called a liar and the woman on the phone was very rude to me stating there is no way it was burnt repeatedly , i asked them to send out a fresh one or give me a refund for the pizza only, and was denied any sort of help resolving the situation, so im posting this now to show just how "not burnt" it was :) ridiculous to not just believe your customers.... Will never give them another cent In photo 1 :can clearly see the base is burnt, in photo 2: the toppings (chorizo) and cheese(whatever tiny bit of it they put on lol) are cleary burnt and over cooked aswell, and the crust is burnt also, Sad this couldnt be resolved as i enjoy this take away, i understand sometimes there can be mistakes made and things overlooked on a busy dinner rush but in future you should trust your paying customers

07/12/2024: Hi there, we bought two pizzas and tacos fries yesterday 6/12/24 from Kilkenny and the whole family of 4 ended up in St Luke's AE on drippings with food poisoning. Great offer, the bill is: pizza (which ended in the bin) + €400 🤯🤮

29/11/2024: I am very disappointed in apache kilkenny as I placed a delivery order over JUST EAT… and I rang apache asking if I could add a box of chocolate chip cookies and the man I spoke to first hung up on me so I rang again and he sighed down the phone told me my order didn’t exist and hung up again. I will not be ordering from apache again and will be reporting this to the head quarters. I have been a customer since they opened in Kilkenny and I know all the workers but this man was especially rude. It will be reported.

29/12/2024: Smash burger fries are only half the portion size that they should be, €9 for a portion that size is extortionate. My milkshake arrived leaking through the bag and spilled everywhere, all over the couch, myself and the floor. Was only about half full when I got to it and it had no biscoff taste Not up to scratch at all, especially at these prices, I won’t be back and I don’t recommend them

01/11/2024: Found a huge sharp metal staple in my burger. Tried to let the restaurant know but they didn’t seem bothered and never gave me a refund even though they said they would.

12/12/2024: Worst kebab I have ever eaten. Stone cold and the meat was so thin and crunchy. I ordered in store. Avoid

15/08/2024: When i was on my trip to portlaoise i was dying for a kebab so i went ahead and came here. The minute i opened the door i was welcomed with a horrible smell of cheese which i also unfortunately had to see the source of. It was a pile of green cheese laying under the door frame so i had to shimmy my way around it. When i came to order the cashier asked me "now what do YOU want" like ive ever been here before. The guy in the back was singing travis scott but replaced some of the words with "sigma". I dont know what that means but maybe its a gang sign, so i wont interfere. However shout out travvy patty the goat let me feature on your next album lil slime time. Also shout out jack murphy the man who performed a sacrificial ritual to nuke mac daraghs secondary school in dublin up the boys. Anyway when i was about to order they sneezed on me but i shrugged it off so i got myself a pizza and some chips. I finally got them after about an hour but then some large dude came in who just kept releasing a gravitational pull, dont know who he thinks he is. When i got my pizza there was mayonnaise all over it when i didnt ask for it but when i tried cleaning it off the slices it kept sticking to the paper towel. The fries also unfortunately had a big brick laid on them for whatever reason. Then a dude came in and shot up the entire place and started rizzing up rizzy caseoh with kai cenat rizzilini twitch prime sub mike and ikes maccys deal

24/07/2024: another one selling out for a quick buck.....whatever happened to the welcoming family hotel ? Holiday overseas from now on and boycott these 'landlords'.....the likes of these hotels will be crying out for paying guests in time
