The best restaurants

12/07/2025: Our party of four had lunch in La Marine at Kellys Rosslare on a beautiful summer day. We selected from the Mains Menu. Two trout and two chicken bruschetta. The trout arrived on bed of pine nuts, mushrooms etc and swimming in oil. It was stomach turning. The bruschetta was a few pieces of chicken on a piece of hard bread and big lumpy wedges. I've eaten bruschetta in the best restaurants, but to call this bruschetta was a joke. Unfortunately we were not laughing. The AI generated screaming parrot adds nothing to the ambience. It needs to be put out of its misery. Never again. 0 out of 5 would be more appropriate as it was that bad. Our waiter Andrew was excellent.

05/07/2025: Brilliant. We ate in La Marine restaurant. Staff were so good. Great with multiple sensitivies and coeliac. Could not have been better. Dedicated fryer. Great food. Felt very safe. Menu did not show the allergens but they can modify most dishes. Lots of options for starter main and deserts. Had the fish of the day. Other half had pork chop. Delicious. 4 restaurants here and all could cater for us. Will be back. Lovely gardens. Beach walk. So good.

09/10/2025: When I feel sad and start considering going back to Brasil there is something that stops me and it’s Gourmet Store.

03/11/2024: Pedí comida en línea y 60 minutos después sonó para que nos dijeran "lo siento, estamos ocupados, vamos a llegar a usted a continuación" Luego descubrí que este Chipper tiene ahora nuevos propietarios, esto explica por qué todo sabía diferente la vez anterior y las patatas fritas estaban frías. No volveré a pedir.

15/03/2025: The staff were lovely, no faulting them there. I had a 3 item breakfast, eggs, pudding, and a hash town. As well as a cup of drip coffee. All of the food and drink were as bland as I've had in a long time. Just felt and tasted of very low quality. So in short, very poor food and coffee, but staff were very nice. Someone needs to step it up in terms of quality

05/02/2025: If I could give no stars I would food is really bad and cold service is nonexistent the staff walk around like zombies and a horrible atmosphere

20/06/2024: Mi marido y yo, y amigos, habíamos sido grandes partidarios de este restaurante, ya que nos encantó la comida, el servicio, la comodidad. Justo antes de la Navidad de 2023 , mi hijo y mi hija nos compraron cada uno un vale por 100 Euros. Por enfermedad, no salimos muy a principios de 2024 , y decidimos utilizar los vales cuando nuestro hijo vino del extranjero en abril de 2024 . Sin embargo, nos quedamos atónitos cuando leímos el artículo de Lucinda sobre el cierre del restaurante, un par de semanas antes de nuestra visita prevista. No puedo entender cómo la gente del restaurante vendió los vales, uno el 16 de diciembre de 2023 y el otro el 24 de diciembre de 2023. Seguramente sabían que no estarían operando en 2024? Estábamos enfermos por esto.

03/06/2025: Zozimus Bar fue increíble de principio a fin! La reserva fue muy fácil, incluyendo la reserva previa de comida, y el personal era muy servicial y amable. Gran vibra, deliciosa comida y música increíble. Los paraguas de afuera son un toque tan lindo, que hicieron mis fotos de cumpleaños aún más especiales. ¡Gracias por hacer mi día inolvidable!

26/07/2025: Went in there for a pint today was told i had to much to drink i didnt even have a drink in me the bar man was pure nasty to me he told me to get out so i wouldn't ever go in there again pure filth the bar staff

22/09/2025: Food is amazing and very reasonably priced and very quick delivery when ordered online.

03/06/2025: lovely food, nice atmosphere but staff are quite rude especially one woman gave terrible service and overall felt very judged by her.

06/01/2026: I was given a presentation in one of the large room and drop in for a sandwich. Very good quality food a efficient service 👌

27/09/2025: Unfortunately went for dinner here and was so disappointed the steak was dry and nothing special . The other meal was reasonable . You could hear a pin drop in the restaurant and no atmosphere. Sad for such a lovely hotel .

13/08/2025: El pub puede tener su gracia además de no tener otras muchas alternativas. No puedo opinar de otros platos porque solo hemos probado el roast-beef y es un plato, en lo que respecta a la carne, totalmente impresentable. Esperábamos una carne rosadita y nos han traído una carne guisada seca y muy hecha, de un sabor que recordaba la del cole con la hacías bola antes de tragar. Horrible! Ya he dicho que solo hemos probado este plato que figuraba como plato del día.

10/08/2025: We stopped in here to grab a lunch on our way to the cliffs of moher. Staff was very attentive, we were sat right away. Hubby ordered the Guinness stew and I had the fried shrimp with chips and coleslaw. Both items were good. Space is fairly large, looked like they were preparing for a wedding event.

04/05/2025: Extremadamente decepcionante. Hubo un problema con mi plato y cuando le dije al personal que lo devolvieron rápidamente y dijeron que me conseguirían otro. Esperé más de 15 minutos para el reemplazo que realmente no quería porque me pospusieron por completo. Ningún gerente o miembro superior del personal vino en ningún momento para disculparse o preguntar qué era el trabajo o si me gustaría un plato diferente, etc. Tuve que decir que no estoy pagando por este plato al final, me iban a cobrar por él.

08/03/2025: Visité dos veces esta semana - la primera vez el martes de tortitas, tuve las tortitas con compota de frutas y crema y eran simplemente perfectos, eso es todo lo que puedo decir - PERFECTO! Luego visitamos el viernes con mi hija y tuvimos tostadas francesas, hija tuvo la versión Nutella, plátano y fresa (ella es adulta! ) Tenía el tocino y jarabe de arce y una vez más - perfecto - la tostada era ligera, crujiente y justo el espesor correcto y no un poco grasosa, era tocino rayado apropiado simplemente encantador. Date un capricho y visita Noah and Co.

30/07/2024: €30.30 for a fresh cod with chips, one curry chip, one spice burger and chicken goujons. The chips were nice ok portions but still expensive. The curry sauce was a little strange

28/07/2024: Great fresh fish and chips. Big portions too. Great friendly staff. Will be back.
