The best restaurants

16/12/2024: 4 or 5 times after ordering food and every time the pizzas were way overcooked and sliced into all different ways and sizes. I like dominos but the portlaoise one has to be the worst I have ever eate, it's to expensive to have bad quality food, it would be different if it was cheap and cheerful but at that money no thanks.

16/12/2024: I don’t like this place but my son likes their pizza so as a treat I got him a pizza. Went in to order ahead of time so I thought that when I came back I would only have to collect the pizza. Wishful thinking. When I went in, no one in the place, it took a few minutes for someone to come over and take my order because they were too busy chatting. I placed my order, paid, was asked when I would be back, I said 15 minutes. Came back exactly 15 minutes later and they were only starting the pizza. For the money people are expected to pay and the service received is ridiculous. So if anyone who is ordering to be delivered and is wondering why their order is taking so long…..the staff couldn’t be bothered.

03/10/2024: Excellent Food. Pizza quality is an excellent. Chips is good. I like it. I buy food again and recommend please buy food here. Staff service is friendly. Thank you very much.

16/09/2024: Do not order!! Ordered 1 pizza for delivery and took 1.5 hours to come. By the time it got delivered it was cold and soggy. The owners were very rude and unhelpful. While waiting for the pizza I rang twice and each time I was told the driver was 2 minutes away. Would not order from this place. Very rude owners who do not care for their customers

24/12/2024: Dont eat at this place, very filthy inside and after closing hours the owner collects empty trays outside from the ground, goes back inside and washes them. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!

15/07/2024: We were hungry, we were loaded, we took a detour to grab a bite to eat, we walked, climbed, sweated, we arrived at 10:45 p.m. at this snack bar that was supposed to close at 1 a.m., it was closed. Correct your hours or better, given the other comments, change jobs.

14/12/2024: Was in there this eve we had sandwiches nd drinks which were 30 euro nd then to find a hair in the middle of one of them disgusting so I went up to speak to the staff nd there attitude was well ive blonde hair nd that's a dark hair omg so rude I had asked that my coffee was brought down to me as I have a walking stick nd a very weak hand nd the answer was no I will never be going back in there the worst place ever

23/11/2024: I have been going here for years and always enjoy it. Lately there us alot of new staff in there. I find most of the staff especially nice and polite but there is one guy working in there and I swear he hates me for some reason. Everytime I go in to order there are extra charges all over the place on a small sandwich. There is a way to approach customers and this guy has the worst approach I have ever seen. Management would want to have a chat with him. I have never been made feel so embarrassed in my life. If there are supposed to be additional charged on certain items a little sign would be perfect, not the way your staff are saying it to customers.

21/12/2024: Waiting 20 mins , made a mess of the order , and last time I got an order here , there was no burger in the bun! , it just seems very unprofessional and unorganised compared to the other outlets 😓

16/12/2024: I really think this McDonald’s franchise needs to be shut down or taken over by someone who actually cares. I live close by and have had many trips here over the years. I’ve tried ordering in the restaurant, drive thru, and delivery. There’s never been a single time where they’ve gotten an order correct. Not that I’m ordering anything complicated! Instead of a Big Mac, they’ll give me a cheeseburger. Wrong drink, no straw, missing entire meal, no condiments… One time I stopped by on the way to an early meeting, ordered an Americano in the drive thru. A few minutes down the road I took a sip and it was just a cup of warm milk. No coffee! I didn’t want any milk at all, just a black Americano. This time, my husband and I are sick with the flu, all he wanted was a burger and milkshake. They messed up the order, subbed his drink for some random drink, and left half the order out. Anyway, I don’t know if anyone in HQ reads this but seriously something needs to be done here. It’s well known in Dublin that east wall is the worst McDonald’s.

08/12/2024: Placed an order worth just over 40 euro, paid by card. Order confirmed on there app. Food never arrived, nothing on there website or socials to indicate they are closed. Avoid at all costs.

18/11/2024: Never received the food and store wouldn't even pick up the phone.....I ordered through uber eats and they don't provide any support either. STAY AWAY for this crap takeaway

24/07/2024: Filthy, flies on the table and €7.30 for a small tray of frozen chips with a sash of curry sauce. Absolute robbery

12/07/2024: The place is disgusting and the food (taco) is very expensive for the amount they serve you.

21/10/2024: I'm coming here a long time and the value is shocking now literally no ingredients on the roll and gone very expensive. Getting less and paying more. Bawnogue is nicer and better value too

14/10/2024: Took pasta and parmigiano for my baby; the worst tasting pasta ever. And it's challienging to make a very bad pasta and parmigiano. For 9.5 euros!! Not eaten, and payed!

22/12/2024: Nope!!! Was in here on Wed last, decided to try the foot long chicken/ bacon , it was appalling put some cheese on it placed it in grill or whatever it is. Got some onions on top , the oerosn sprayed barbecue sauce all over it without asking me and yes it did say it in menu , foleded it up and cashier asked if I wanted anything else which I replied no thanks and big face and sigh from cashier. I went to my car to eat said roll 50 mtrs from door it was stone cold awful in fact. Why I didn't go back in I don't know why now I'm raging I didn't waste of 9.50 . Guess what won't be going back. Awful experience!

15/12/2024: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The coffee was mediocre at best, and the Aloha sandwich tasted like it was made quite a few days ago. Atmosphere was so bad, and it had to be the quietest cafe in the whole of Dundrum. When asked if things can be removed from sandwiches, it was a blatant no as the only options are what’s in the counter pre made, nothing fresh! Overpriced for inedible food!

15/12/2024: Asked for a simple cheese and ham toasty and was told that they can’t make stuff from scratch has to b off counter and my gf got one of rolls of the bar and couldn’t eat it as tasted like it was made a week ago. Terrible service, terrible food and overpriced 🤬🤬
