14/10/2024: Ordered a pepperoni pizza only for it to be raw and not cooked at all

15/09/2024: Spent €35 last night ordered a pepperoni pizza, got home to find the pizza wasn’t fully cooked!! Raw dough not even cooked, clearly staff here don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. Will not be coming back.

25/12/2024: Désolé, mais c'était un des pires repas de l'année. On était à l'hotel parce que notre vol a été annulé. Les repas furent offerts, mais....cela n'excuse PAS la médiocrité de mon Irish Roast beef dur comme une semelle accompagné d'une purée nulle. Le chef dervair avoir HONTE à servir des choses comme ça!

12/10/2024: Very disappointed. I come to this area quite often & found this particular truck which I would have been a regular at HAD I NOT BEEN OVERCHARGED!! I ordered 4 small ice creams which were advertised for €3.50 each - which totals to €14 but the lady had the audacity to charge me €18.30.. I’ve seen some reviews about them doing this to other people, raging I didn’t look at the reviews beforehand as had my hands full & was in a hurry to get the family ice creams before heading to our destination. Won’t be coming here again anyway. You overcharged me €4.30 & lost out on a potentially regular customer which would have been worth more than €4.30!!

07/10/2024: I had a worst experience today. There is a deal for sandwich which is for 3 euro which we have regularly, but the person at the counter she sliced the bread and kept half bread inside and started preparing the sub later when I asked her what is this she was like we only serve half sliced bread in this deal. She doesn’t even know the price and whats on the menu. We left without having anything.

27/09/2024: Al pedir pizza en línea se cotizó 30 minutos para la recogida después de hacer el pedido esto aumentó a 60 minutos - trató de sonar para cancelar la orden pero nadie respondió el teléfono - tiene que conducir allí para cancelar - mal servicio

09/09/2024: Used to be a great pizza place. Not anymore. Pineapple on the pizza tasted like it was gone bad. Never again.

29/11/2024: Ordered Thai from here tonight. Possibly the worst Thai Masamam curry I ever had. Tasted bland and of fish sauce. AVOID

05/11/2024: I am very disappointed. The last order was crispy prawns in sweet souse. They are disgusting 🫣 ., you need to change the souse 💯%

27/07/2024: First and last Time i bought here, this is why dominos its first one, i was ordering for 12:45 and one hour after i dont know nothing about my pizza, when i called them, they told me its on delivery, that was 25 minutes ago

05/11/2024: Ribs tough as leather. Dessert was served with the main 🤦‍♂️

28/07/2024: I’m vegetarian and I asked for a vegetarian pasta it took 2 hours to come and they gave me it with chicken in so I sent it back and the replacement took 30 minutes so by this point it was almost midnight and I had not eaten I was so relieved to finally have food. Desert was ok but not brilliant

17/09/2024: I went in and placed an order I ordered a portion of cod bits and chips meal witch is clearly on the menu what I ordered I was there for 25 minutes while I was waiting over 20 minutes a lady that clearly knew the staff behind the counter and the costume said your not answering the phone you must be busy so she ordered her food and got in with in less than 10 minutes wich i was waiting over 35 minutes by then and I went up to the staff behind the counter and I said that lady just walked in now and I'm waiting over 35 minutes now the staff told me she had already rang in to order her food to be collected before and that's how she was served before me,myself and the customer's hear the lady saying ,I try ringing youes a couple of times ,youesmust be busy ,so I came down to get my food ,I said it to the staff ,that we were here before her ,and the staff said no she order on the phone which was a lie ,just because she knew her ,she serve her ,also got home and the food we order was wrong ,and the onion rings were rock hard and no onion in them ,also the fish smell which we didn't ask for fish we ask for fish bites ,the food I wouldn't give it to my cat ,they should be reported ,for selling food like that to customer's,

07/12/2024: Ordered a plant based Whopper. It came burnt. I politely asked them to swap the patty, because it was burnt. Waited 5-10 minutes. Received a burger in the photo, totally burnt.

25/08/2024: It opens not at 11:00 in the morning, but at 11:30. When asked why you haven't opened yet, they say they are waiting for employees, this means that employees don't come to work on time, and then rush to prepare orders, this is unacceptable!!!!

18/12/2024: Food is gone very bad, ordered spice bag which was disgusting, chicken and chips were hard, rang them complained got another spice bag delivered which was worse than the first one, won't be ordering here again. Tried the food here again after 2 yrs, food is even worse now,wouldnt give it to a dog. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!

13/12/2024: Go here every year with fam & friends for my birthday. Always amazing, food is exceptional and such nice staff. Very decent price for food and drink shared in a group. Highly reccomend.

14/12/2024: Don't be fooled by the numerous award plaques on the outside (all dating back over at least a decade). This place is a huge disappointment and appears to be doing very little to capitalize on its prime position, beside the river, in a town that draws visitors far and wide. For what you get, it's overpriced. The staff are lackluster. The produce is dull and lacking any presentational pazazz. They cannot make a decent cup of coffee. You're left with impression that this is a business on the way out. I first came here during the Covid pandemic, when they were taking significant liberties with public health regulations at the time. The same laissez-faire attitude seems to persist. This is ripe for a visit from the Brennan brothers - or to be taken over by a more imaginative and entrepreneurial owner.

01/09/2024: We have dined here a couple of times in the past and were very happy with the food. A super location and well fitted out. The americano and cappuccino we had today in large cups had too much water and practically tasted the same. Maybe there was a change of ownership or management, as the upstairs section is now a shop. So disappointed.

17/12/2024: What can I say about abracadabra but they have excellent kebabs if you don't think you can eat a full kebab you can actually buy a Mini kebab it's perfect for lunchtime and they're loaded fries are excellent too

14/12/2024: Way too expensive, over 16 euro for a burger and garlic fries is outrageous

19/12/2024: The worst place I ever had it delivered waited 1hour 40 mins for my food and when the food came it was freezing cold and it was the wrong order so I rang them up and they sent out a new order and it took 2 hours to come and again freezing cold would not recommend this place to anyone you wouldn’t want to be starved with the hunger

06/12/2024: i ordered a spice bag there 1. it arrived with no spice on the chips. 2. the chips were soggy and cold . 3.there was only 4 pieces of unspiced cold chicken that barely even seemed as if it were chicken. 4. they gave me satay sauce when i ordered curry. not good don’t recommend also should lower prices this is fraudulous!!!
