19/12/2024: Had a breakfast muffin from the deli this morning. Only thing I had all day. Cold sweats, cramps and diarrhoea. Won’t be back. Don’t get poisoned by these people.

17/12/2024: I was there 20 minutes before closing and the shop was already closed

02/11/2024: Messed up the order and the lady was very rude when I asked could I get the meal that I ordered.Never getting takeaway here again.

20/11/2024: Food is fine enough but had to pay extra fees to order a collection?? Got charged a bag fee when I didn’t even get one and then I got charged an order fee for just ordering a collection - not a delivery

09/11/2024: Just ordered two 3 in 1s one with satay sauce one with sweet and sour sauce had to pay an extra 1€ each for sauce change, the trays came half empty and barely any sauce and they forgot my prawn crackers. Waste of money

06/12/2024: Loving the new menu! I just had the Parma Ham Toastie at the Outhouse Café, paired with a divine cup of Cloud Picker coffee – absolute perfection! The toastie was packed with quality ingredients, perfectly balanced between savory and satisfying. The coffee? Bold and flavourful, a real treat. Add the welcoming atmosphere and great value for money, and this place is a gem for a relaxed, inclusive, and delicious bite. I will be back!

26/10/2024: After paying 10 euro for a tiny, basic, and very dry 3 in 1 for my 2 year old. Went back up for a drink for then and was told to go elsewhere as they wouldn't take the 2.80 transaction by card. Couldn't leave her on her own, so had to leave. Pig ignorant service tbh won't be going back.

12/10/2024: This is just weak. Small and thin chunks of beef, but tough and shooting between the teeth. The texture hides any taste of the meat, if there is any taste at all. Chicken dry and tough. Everything as if made a week before and reheated 20 times. Only noodles to eat, but this is small consolation. Everything served in an unattractive piece of plastic. Not recommended.

04/10/2024: Went in the bin , no spice chicken shattered in my mouth , chicken balls were awful and rubbery inside and the chips were Raw... onions were ok , thats it.. AVOID, Feel sick thinkin about it needs new management or a new chinese.

01/01/2025: The place is so filthy i could see the staff touching food with their hands! It’s shocking the poor hygiene 🤮 it got me food poisoning and paid extra 4 euro for the meal only to get these burnt chips 👎👎 Not recommended

20/12/2024: Wings were terrible. More like goldfish scales than chicken wings and the sauce on them I don't even think was correct. Asked for hot and sour on one box and it was unbelievably mild. Nothing spicy about the wings at all. Same as the spicy bbq wings. I don't think they're spicy at all. Wings honestly I would give a 1 star and thats being generous. The mixed kebab was decent. A bit dry but was ok. Overall disappointing and for the price it cost aswell I wont be ordering again and wouldn't recommend it.

29/12/2024: STAY AWAY Well where do I start. My wife and her sister called in and ordered a meal deal at 19 euro. She was then asked for 19.30 cents. What is the 30 cent? My wife asked? "It just is" she was told. But why? None of your business they were told. Needless to say the other customers were studying them thinking they were trouble makers. They said that's the cost and then kicked them out of the shop. My wife then proceeded to tell the other customers to check their receipts and received more mouthfuls of the staff. I will be getting in touch with the trading standards. STAY AWAY...... P.s. Do not reply with your standard message. Crawl out from the stone you live under and give a reply worthy.

30/12/2024: Llamé aquí después de una cita seria en el hospital. Pedí un desayuno todo el día de la señora muy abrupta en la caja. Me preguntó si queríamos algo más. Para mayor claridad pregunté si el té o café venía con la comida. Ella dijo que no, yo le contesté, ok entonces tomaremos un té y un café por favor. Ella comenzó a preparar las bebidas, pero se dio la vuelta para decir “tengo que cobrarte por esas bebidas”. Asentimos y dijimos que sí, que está bien y tratamos de continuar nuestra conversación. Se volvió otra vez y dijo: “Si habías estado aquí antes, está incluido, pero ahora tengo que cobrarte”. Asentimos, desconcertados por esto. Así que habló de nuevo: “Si habías estado aquí antes, está incluido. ¡Pero es casi la una!” Encogiéndonos de hombros como si nuestra petición de té fuera extravagante. Nunca pedimos té gratis. Sólo preguntamos por si ya estaba ahí. Al ver nuestras caras confusas, dijo: “¡Solo te lo explico porque me lo pediste!” Después de otra ronda de esto me fui a mi asiento con la esperanza de que ella nos dejara en paz. La comida estaba bien. Pero Dios, la agresión en el mostrador era innecesaria. No sé lo que hicimos para justificarlo, pero por favor hable con su personal acerca de creer lo que piensan!

19/12/2024: Vine a este café con amigos para un almuerzo temprano. Desde el momento en que llegamos a la cola sabíamos que era un error y que debíamos habernos ido. Fuimos testigos de una señora que parecía un gerente tratar a un miembro más joven del personal de la manera más terrible. Gritándola y menospreciándola delante de un cantor en la cola. Nadie en un lugar de trabajo debe ser tratado así, fue horrible verlo. La única manera de describir cómo nos sirvieron era decir que nuestra comida se nos echó encima, se me olvidó el panini, mis amigos habían terminado y 15 minutos después seguía esperando. Muy buena ubicación, lástima de todo lo demás. No recomendaría y definitivamente no estará volviendo

06/01/2025: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst takeaway experiences I've ever had. The food was incredibly disappointing and honestly inedible. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, with visible black mould on the walls. Definitely won't be returning.

01/10/2024: They charged us wrong, we called in an order for collection and we were charged more than the prices online. We rang twice to try to understand the prices and got told a different price each time for the same meal. It says online rice is included yet we had to pay extra. The prices don’t make any sense, I think they make it up. The food was mediocre at best, the saag paneer had no taste.

03/11/2024: Best spice bag here, always flavourful and delicious. Cashiers are always nice and friendly as well.

26/10/2024: Got food out of here last night in bits since 5 this morning wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

31/12/2024: Today while I was waiting on my food one of the guys took pictures of me without my consent while I was standing backwards - I felt so upset and asked him what was he going to do with the picture and he just mumbled and pretended he didn’t know what I was on about

31/10/2024: Got a takeaway. Ignored the poor reviews as have eaten here before twice a few years ago and enjoyed the food, however….. There was an offer of 20% off, I hadn’t understood that I was to pay the full amount but only receive 80% of the order. My vegetable jalfrezi was lovely but the 5 lumps of re-heated lamb in a liquid (too watery to be a sauce) looked and by all accounts was unpalatable, the chicken version of the same tikka masala dish was only slightly improved by having 7 chunks of more tender meat. Not a vegetable in sight, not even a slice of onion! The lamb kahari was omitted so I cannot comment on it. The pilau rice we ordered was only boiled basmati with a few weird pink bits here and there, no spices at all and the paratha was a complete let down. I can only assume the restaurant is under new management. I hope they change again soon.
