13/12/2024: If I could give a lower star rating I would, yous are an absolute nightmare to collect from or deliver, we’ve waited 90 mins for food when we are are a 7 minute drive away, and my husband is standing in the shop waiting on a collection I ordered 40 minutes ago, disaster!
Your staff aren’t friendly in fact my husband was refused a garlic dip from a right cow a few weeks ago cause he got chips elsewhere! I’m done with ordering from yous!!! Nowadays refusing card payment is shocking aswell, have a word with yourselfs.
04/12/2024: Got a takeaway, driver delivers the food stone cold and said he couldnt find the address at all, really unsatisfied, not worth the money and wont be coming back again

30/09/2024: We ordered the fish and chips and chicken filet sandwich. Whatever oil they fry it in left our stomachs feeling awful the entire night. Really disappointed.
31/08/2024: It was my first order from here and probably the last one. I’ve ordered kebab tray. Inside the bag was small tray comparing it to the competitors I have to say the smallest size for sure. Meat was very dry, the pieces cut very long which was difficult to eat. Few chips, a bit of ketchup and mayo at the bottom and barely visible salad for €8.50 ? Definitely not worthy. Has potential however for this price you will get better food from competitor's.

The curry smelled delicious as well

Prices are absolutely despicable, every item on the menu is anywhere between 0.50 to 2.50 dearer than other Chinese takeaways in Blanch... and the food is nothing special

Tried this again under new ownership. The prices are still high but so is everything else now due to inflation so it's not as ridiculous. The quality and portion sizes are good.
23/12/2024: Host used to serve the best spice bags in Dublin 15—they were absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I bought spice bags today, and the moment I opened the bag, it was clear something had changed. The smell was off, the contents were coated in a sticky syrup, and the shredded chicken was uncomfortably chewy.
We tried to give it a chance, but it was so bad we had to throw it all away. The taste was indescribable—like a mix of cinnamon and sugar. Spice bags are not meant to be sweet, and this was a huge disappointment.

29/12/2024: Not worth it at all, woke up during the night and got sick from the nasty spice bag and I hadn’t ate anything after it. I don’t t smoke or vape so it had to from the food. I don’t recommend much nicer food from other food places in the area I haven’t had a problem with.
26/12/2024: Chicken is blue , you can see and smell its off and expired !! Delivery charge was 7€!! The whole food was horrible! Do not recommend at all terrible service and food !

01/01/2025: Had not been in ages ... now I remember why. Pad Thai was so terrible and spicy we complained. The General Tso's Chicken was basically a pool of soy sauce. The manager was so rude we declined his offer of a replacement meal.

25/06/2024: Had dinner there tonight and I can’t say enough about it. The staff were absolutely lovely. Welcoming, funny, chatty but genuine throughout. The food was great. Had the burratta and prawns for starters and the lamb and linguini vongole for mains and it was all super. Had tiramisu for dessert and a fabulous bottle of wine too. Can’t wait to go back. It’s not cheap but worth every cent when you compare to other places. Can not wait to go back to La Cuccina!

04/01/2025: Food is okay. We went there after new year's day. The guy behind the cash register was so rude. We were still picking what combo foods we would have to order but he was saying rude and racist remarks to his other staffs because we took 1 minute to choose and that I ordered for myself not for 2 persons. He thought we would not understand their native language. He was very disrespectful. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses importance of customer service with their team. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
31/10/2024: Ginzeng needs to change the staff , I am appalled by their behaviour , the staff in ginzeng Navan and ginzeng in blanch have the same sort of attitude towards customers , just rude and the faces they make when you order food is just disgusting, especially the Asian man and the old Asian women in the counter they need proper training in customer service
