20/10/2024: Let us stand there looking at the menu deciding what we wanted for about 5 mins, only when we go to order does she decide to tell us there’s no pizza. Why wouldn’t you tell us as you stood there watching us?

01/01/2025: I recently ordered a shish kebab tray with no meal and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the staff member at the till acted as if they were offering me a complimentary bottle of water, but I later realized I was charged for it. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Additionally, the food was handed to me barely 2 seconds after placing the order, which raised concerns about its freshness. When I opened the tray, it didn’t resemble a shish kebab at all, and the presentation and quality were far from what I expected. Overall, the experience left me feeling dissatisfied and deceived. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve their transparency and food.

29/12/2024: Disgusting security guard. Me & my friend were leaving not paying attention to anyone and he told me to " put some clothes on" . Continued to follow us to the door making sexual gestures at us. Absolute VILE human being.

07/12/2024: One of the worst subways in Ireland. Only ever one person working making subs, even during busy periods. Every single time I go in it’s the same. Had the poor girl making subs for customers and Just eat orders. She was under serious pressure. Management should be looked at in this badly run place

20/12/2024: Change prices depending on mood of deli staff, by up to 2 euro at a time, usually go most days on my break but sick of it now. Manager doesn't care either. Wouldn't bother

31/10/2024: 24 hour shop - went at 12 o clock midnight to be greeted to a lit up shop with no one behind the counter. Waited 10 minutes while knocking on the window, eventually a man came out and stood half way across the till so naturally I don’t know if he can hear me so I say nothing until he comes closer so I don’t have to shout but all I got was a condescending “yeah?” No smile or can I help you, rude rude staff.

24/10/2024: Would give zero stars if I could, got the complete wrong order when I ordered for delivery. They mixed up a footlong, crisps, cookie and a drink for 2 footlongs. Absolute thick people working there

05/10/2024: Didn’t order in the end, just leaving this cause there’s no way to contact them about their Deliveroo pricing. Both the subway in carrickmines and the business centre in sandyford offer the footlong meal deal for cheaper, you can get nachos for free and the drinks only add the DRS deposit yet for some reason this subway has a deliver of €5, charges an extra €3 for nachos with the meal and charge an extra 50c for any drink that isn’t water and it’s not because of the sugar tax as even sugar free drinks are charged with an extra 50c on top of the DRS charge. I don’t know who runs this subway in nut grove but they’d want to get a grip on reality as all that adds up to the meal being twice as expensive here than other locations. I’m actually disgusted that someone could be this greedy making a menu item like this. Take off all the extra bs.

19/01/2025: Two staff that cannot handle the amount of customers lining up. Myself and two friends just wanted a coffee. We queued for 10 mins but had to leave without our coffees as the staff were too busy making sandwiches.

26/12/2024: We had one of the worst customer service experiences at O’Briens in Jervis Shopping Centre. We initially chose a wrap, but a staff member abruptly intervened and insisted that we opt for a sandwich instead, claiming it was “better.” This approach felt manipulative and unprofessional, as it seemed like they were trying to push a pre-prepared product rather than respecting our choice. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the confidence they have in their offerings and creates a negative impression for customers.

17/11/2024: Broke window couldn't close, stains on bedsheets. Not contactable when booking.com tried to get refund, I'll take photos down when I get my money back.

29/10/2024: Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms look nothing like the website. The smelt of stale food and damp. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people, stained mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Showers had little or no hot water, and the pressure was very poor. There was no heating in the place. No one at reception to complain to. Doors are all operated by an app that has to be downloaded to your phone. There is no emergency contact if you have problems with the app. Booked for 2 nights but only stayed for one. The only good thing about the place is its location - its right in the centre of town. Would not recommend this place at all

11/11/2024: Ordered a pizza 2 hours before Close and they cancelled my order after I had been waiting an hour.

10/10/2024: Extremely bad food... and even worse staff ! I never do reviews but I paid via card and they never delivered my food.... also the good reviews they have are fake accounts made my them to try increase the starts ... and it's still on 3 stars ! ROBBERS.
