Coyne's Bar & Bistro
Kilkieran
25/07/2025: My family had a great time here. Amazing food and atmosphere, friendly professional staff that can’t do enough for you, in a beautiful location.
Well worth checking out
21/07/2025: Stopped into Coyne’s Gastropub with my family for a birthday lunch while visiting my son at the Gaeltacht, and it was such a lovely experience. We sat outside, watched the All-Ireland hurling final, and enjoyed very tasty food.
I had the lasagna, my son had the fish and chips—both were delicious. I would highly recommend the chocolate fudge cake for dessert, So good.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was just really relaxed and welcoming. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Would definitely go back!

Frank And Honest Gourmet Coffee Company
Dublin
05/07/2024: I order a frappe and was not happy with it it came with no cream or any taste of Carmel at all just coffee I got terrible service and it gave me a bad stomach I am extremely unhappy as I am a regular customer this has happend more then one ce I don’t recommend going
14/06/2024: I have been a regular at Sundrive Frank and Honest since they opened. The quality of the coffee can be very hit and miss. The staff are usually fine but it's unpleasant to listen to them making fun of customers. They seem oblivious to the fact that people are listening to them and just concentrate on their own little sarcastic floor show. When they first opened the manager was a competent, professional person.Sadly, things have gone downhill since she left. From early afternoon their sole focus is on clearing the place before closing time. They refuse to serve coffee in a ceramic cup because they don't want the trouble of washing There are so many coffee shops around that I'm surprised at their attitude to the few customers that they have.

The Thatch Bar
Tuam
24/05/2026: What a fantastic and absolutely charming bar! The Thatch Bar is a real highlight in our twin town of Tuam. From the outside and in the first area, everything seems quite manageable – but then you walk through the second door and you really think, like in Harry Potter: "Where did this huge room suddenly come from?" 😄 We sat upstairs in the roof bar in glorious sunshine and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The bar simply has everything: cozy corners, a pool table, a rooftop terrace, and above all, incredibly warm and welcoming people. The staff and the guests were super friendly!
This is exactly what Irish hospitality is all about. If you're ever in Tuam, you absolutely must stop by! 🍻 And if you ever come to Straubing, you'll definitely buy us a beer!

Choy's Chineese Restaurant
Celbridge
16/04/2026: Disgusting food. Didn't even chance eating it as i could have made us sick. The chicken didnt even look like chicken...weird, nearly translucent, stringy texture that you could stretch out like elastic. Put it all straight in the bin.
20/02/2026: The only Chinese that we trust to do gluten free sweet and sour!

Aroi Asian Fusion - Carrigaline
Carrigaline
22/12/2023: One of the best meals I have had in a long time.
The food was beautifully prepared and served promptly.
It was delicious and a very full portion.
The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
There was a good atmosphere. The music was a little old, but each song was a classic.
Highly recommended and worth a try.
Thanks for a great meal.
27/10/2023: Aroi has been a delightful surprise in the quaint town of Carrigaline. Despite my initial reservations in a smaller locale, this establishment exceeded all expectations with its exceptional menu offerings. Our recent visit saw us savoring the Hong Kong Chicken and Teriyaki Duck Donburi, both of which left an indelible impression. The Hong Kong chicken, reminiscent of Panda Express's Orange Chicken in the United States, was a flavor-packed delight. The Teriyaki Duck Donburi, equally commendable, exhibited an exquisite fusion of flavors and a generous selection of vegetables.
Aroi's cocktail selection is a testament to their dedication to culinary excellence. The Espresso Martini, in particular, was a standout. Before our main course, we indulged in the Thai calamari starter, which truly transported our taste buds. The use of chili icons on the menu to indicate the spiciness level of each dish is a testament to the restaurant's authenticity and thoughtfulness, making it easy for patrons to select dishes tailored to their preferences. This level of attention to detail is much appreciated, and it genuinely reflects the authentic Asian culinary experience.
Moreover, the staff at Aroi is not only attentive but also a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Aroi to anyone seeking a truly authentic and exceptional dining experience in Carrigaline. It's a gem in this small town and a testament to the culinary prowess of the team behind it.

Tramore
18/07/2026: Had churros at Galway festival and it was unfortunately disappointed. Tasteless and not much sauce. Do not recommended.
