13/07/2025: Staff have a lot to learn in terms of customer service . Also cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery left alot to be desired. I picked up 5 glasses before I got one that was reasonable clean. I opted to drink from the bottle instead. Cutlery was wet or had water marks on it and hadn't been polished. These are basic things. Food was OK but its just microwavable food.

19/01/2025: I got 3 adults meals and 2 kids meals the burgers where over cooked and very dry the kids burger where like charcoal. And tasteless not worth the money and be back.

06/10/2024: Ordered a takeaway, and this was single handidly was the worst food I’ve ever paid for. Onion rings are reheats. Vile. Burnt. Cold. Rubbery. Disgusting. Chilli beef nachos - well, €15 for a box of crisps with 4 jalapeños, a tea soon is sour cream. A tea spoon of guacamole. And a breakfast spoon of chilli beef. Like one spoon. Not enough to cover 2 or 3 nachos. Upon returning to the diner I was told this is company policy. It might be but I’ve never in any Eddie rockets received such a miserable amount of sauce. Staff didn’t care. I was offered a fresh bowl but no extra topping??? Honestly. I demanded my money back. I received it and was told I can keep the food. But no understanding of the food being bad. Honestly I’ll never eat at Eddie rockets in swords again.

29/11/2025: Saw a guy beat up 2 bouncers outside and get into a huge fight with some blokes inside, ended with the bartender pulling a shotgun on him. There were also some strange fellows dressed as monks who seemed vanish into thin air. 10/10 experience.

02/05/2025: We went to bunclody for dinner We got lasagna chips coleslaw E18.95 Homemade burger homemade onion rings and chips E16.95 that's what the menu said The lasagna meat there was none it was covered in half a block of cheese the dish ramecan which the lasagna was served in was half full the lasagna was non existent flat the chips were skinny frozen chips The burger served with what was called on menu home made onion rings where the finest frozen onion rings I ever seen disgusting the chips again skinny frozen chips The cost was E38 In this day and age and the cost of living crisis it’s an absolute disgrace that food is being served of this poor quality charged at Gastro pub price s We wanted to sit enjoy a nice meal and chat We were absolutely disgusted that we went here to know we could have went to Mick the chipper down the road and be served top quality chips and burgers at prices that match them School dinner s are of better quality your chef sending food out like that should be sacked

25/09/2025: I ordered a kebab from this place and i can say without a shadow of a doubt that this was the absolute worst kebab I have ever had in my life, the meat felt like I was eating cardboard, every 2 bites I would get something very crunchy inside the kebab and it made me want to vomit and the mayo was so terrible. Please do not get a kebab or any other food from this place, if they can ruin a kebab this bad then im scared of what other abominations of so called food they can ruin. The only good thing I can say about this place is the mountain dew drink they serve is really good.

20/09/2025: Never again was big fan this spot before the name change but the food I got tonight was rotten 20minutes more for donor kebab and chip. Used be best kebab in town but after tonight I not be returning a kebab more like a cardboard wrap shame really prices been hiked up too

19/12/2025: Never wrote a review before. I’ve ordered 4/5 times now and the level of food was consistent, always good and fresh. I never waited more than 20 mins for it to be delivered, can’t say that about any other fast food spots in kinnegad

12/12/2025: Tried the food during the week . Really nice would definitely have it again . The new owners are really nice and friendly.

29/03/2025: We always had very good pizza! We used collection service as we are nearby. Always very nice 💯

08/02/2025: I ordered 2 student meals took over 40 mins to come, I only live 5 mins away. One meal came with 2 strands of black short hair on the chips and one hair ingraved into the cheese on my pizza absolutely disgusting of blarney apache and I ordered 2 cokes with it and one tastes of stale farts. also my pizza was wet with the grease | highly don't recommend this place over priced and revolting
