29/03/2025: We always had very good pizza! We used collection service as we are nearby. Always very nice 💯

08/02/2025: I ordered 2 student meals took over 40 mins to come, I only live 5 mins away. One meal came with 2 strands of black short hair on the chips and one hair ingraved into the cheese on my pizza absolutely disgusting of blarney apache and I ordered 2 cokes with it and one tastes of stale farts. also my pizza was wet with the grease | highly don't recommend this place over priced and revolting

06/09/2025: Ordered the food took my money and never got it and still have not gotten a refund

05/08/2025: Ordered chicken and lamb sheek kebab in June 2025. Lamb sheek was like apsara rubber. Chicken pieces were like seashore pebbles. Naan bread was like an elastic sheet. Total waste of money and health. Won’t go again

01/12/2024: Most unsustainable business I’ve been to in a long time. Deliberately ordered eat in to avoid take away cup waste. Asked for a glass of water for a child. We were given take away cups, plastic glass of water, and bang average coffee and hot chocolate. Appalling operation. Avoid

25/08/2024: The worst place you could go for a coffee. Drinks are exorbitantly expensive (even for Dublin!) for really average quality. The queue takes forever because they waste a load of time trying to sign everyone up to a loyalty programme. And on top of that the seating area is always a mess!

03/11/2024: We visited apparently on the last weekday they would be open for the year, and weekday service will continue in January. We got lucky! As you arrive at the Trump International Golf Resort you are warmly received by a finely dressed gentleman at the gate house. He called ahead and announced our arrival for lunch, gave us directions, instructed us where to park. The staff of the bar and restaurant were waiting for us, menus in hand. They were preparing for Halloween and there were lovely arrangements of pumpkins. We were seated at a corner table that had two windows on each side that allowed for a wonderful view of the ocean, beach and a part of the golf course. Started the lunch with drinks, the men had Guinness, and I had what I considered the best Bloody Mary made from fresh ingredients and not a mix. I chose the Salt and Chili calamari, which was on a salad/slaw which was tangy delicious. My husband had the shrimp tacos. Being from Texas we are usually very skeptical of any taco in another country, but this did not disappoint. I stole a few bites, as well as a few of the most perfect French fries which were crispy goodness. The staff were absolutely perfect, the ambiance was elevated Irish pub with a seaside twist. I am very glad we took the chance and drove the hour from the Shannon Airport area. After lunch we strolled the beautiful beach! We had the beach to ourselves which was extra special. From the beach as you look out at the water you can see the Cliffs of Moher. If you had all day, you could visit the cliffs and the Trump Bar & Restaurant. Next time we visit, I would like to spend a night or two at the resort. But for a daytime visit you really cannot ask for anything more!

24/08/2024: Popped in for a drink as we were staying nearby. Beautiful setting, nice bar/restaurant area. Lovely staff, friendly & very efficient.

13/01/2025: Terrible service. Twice I've ordered from Popadom and never again. First time they never provided chips with kebab meals, although the manager dropped them to my house after the counter staff said chips don't come with kebab meals. Second time the same and even though we said no spicy sauce on the kebab it was covered in it

01/08/2025: After our tour of hook lighthouse we had coffee and iced cake. The service was friendly and clean and not expensive . Very refreshing to relax.

31/07/2025: Oh my good lord - the chowder. We came as a group of friends, did the tour and stopped for lunch. Between us we had the chowder, fish and chips and the open face prise sandwiches. Chowder - thick, packed with prawns, chunks of potato and fish. So flavoursome. Fish and chips - to quote my friend, “Oh my God, how do they get the batter so light and crispy and the fish so moist?” Open face prawn sandwich - piled high, lovely brown bread. I’m gluten free and the bread that came with the chowder was so good I had to check that it was definitely gf. Genuinely not had a gf bread so good in years since the epic gf restaurant in Pisa. And we lucked out on the weather. Sunshine and soft breezes.
