04/02/2024: Please employ a proper chef with the necessary skills to prepare the food, had a horrible lunch there recently, also give the place a good clean, doesn’t give much hope to see Lidl salt & pepper on the table and Lidl cleaning products on the bar

29/01/2025: Had the worst service ever!!! Ordered chicken pizza and after waiting for 15 plus minutes, went back to check on the progress but the waitress was dismissive only to realize later that the pizza maker was faulty…requested to switch orders but said only 2 mins which turned out to be 8minutes, stayed in for 30minutes plus waiting only to end up with burned pizza that tasted like wasted sins.Crappy service customer service for sure…ended up missing my appointment. I am so vexed by the experience.
30/11/2024: No dejo comentarios normalmente, pero esta es la tercera vez que viene aquí para el almuerzo y ha sido tratado mal. Todo el personal es de la India apenas puede hablar inglés. Hoy no entendía lo que la chica decía con su espeso acento indio así que volvió los ojos hacia mí. No es aceptable que no vuelva a entrar. Lo que le pasó a la marca irlandesa Supermacs arruinada con extranjeros. Esto fue en la calle O'Connell.

20/01/2025: We just want to Thank Vicky and all the staff at Kees hotel for our absolutely beautiful Anniersary meal, a year ago we got married here at kees hotel and we could not recommend it enough everything was such a pleasure, food was beautiful and there was no stress, Vicky was fantastic and did everything she possibly could to make it a day for us to remember and that it was, so we Thank Vicky and everyone at Kee's Hotel for our wedding Day and our lovely meal tonight ♥️♥️♥️

18/07/2024: We stopped for tea and all was good until the scones were limited to five left this afternoon. After we had to go to another spot for additional treats.
18/06/2024: My husband and I visited the cafe on a day out to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We found the staff very friendly.The cafe had a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. We both had the triple decker sandwich with soup.The meal was delicious and very well presented. Everyone in the cafe as customers were friendly too.We visited the weaving room nearby and we enjoyed the whole experience immensely.A real gem to be recommended to visitors!
