28/06/2025: Disgusting! Absolutely horrendous! Waiter had no clue what he was doing. Had to ask for drinks twice. Asked us if we wanted our bill after our starters before even bringing mains. 50% of our order completely missed off and didn’t receive. Chicken in all dishes was rubbery and inedible, like it had been frozen for 6 months and reheated. Complained and left. Didn’t offer any discount to compensate. Completely overpriced.
DO NOT GO HERE!
27/06/2025: Expensive takeaway, small portion sizes (containers half full)
Quality of food was not good - rubbery chicken.
Missing items, rice forgotten.
Bad spicebag - no flavour and only a few pieces of small chicken.
Would not get again.

04/10/2024: Went there today one of my friends sandwich had a hair in it we returned it no body apologised or even offered her anything else. She didn't pay for the lunch as she wasn't charged we all paid and left the premises we were followed out by a very rude member of staff and asked to pay for the tea our friend had plus €1 for an extra filling in an omelette which was a complete oversight. We are all seniors and were treated terribly by that member of staff. Won't be back

02/08/2025: Can’t get over how warm and welcoming the host is at this glorious establishment. We popped in for a coffee and were treated to some amazing freshly made bread and given many recommendations for the rest of our trip on Achill! Couldn’t recommend more as a place to stay or stop off at!

05/10/2024: The lads are always upbeat, friendly and helpful. They cope well when there is a rush, the service is always friendly from my 100s of visits. The food is better than what to be expected for a very good value place. Copious, endless amounts soya etc for coffees

18/09/2024: E' un self service e in orario di punta si forma una certa fila ma piuttosto scorrevole e veloce. Io ho preso lo stufato di agnello e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative perchè saporito e morbidissimo. Non all'altezza delle aspettative invece la "mitica" torta di mele. Prezzo abbastanza adeguato al tipo di ristorante.
25/05/2024: This is a fairly large restaurant catering to tourists, but has good food reasonably priced. I had a salmon and spinach quiche with salad, that filled me up for the rest of the day. Good value.
