25/11/2025: A wonderful, atmospheric and elegant store with a true soul. The selection is of the highest quality, and you know that the pieces you buy will last you for many years. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and professional, always ready to offer help and advice whenever needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

26/06/2025: This gentleman can easily make a difference in this world .Gentle polite and charming . Well done I am involved in hospitality industry the last 21 years and I can say easily that this Gentleman can be teaching the young generation how to treat and respect people .
30/04/2025: Such a wonderful Café, the staff is lovely and the food is too. With all the trees and flowers it's just beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine with a coffee.

07/01/2025: Delicious food. This is a vegetarian's dream.
The people are very nice and the place is cozy.
There isn't much parking available next to the cafe, but plenty within a few minutes walk.
15/12/2024: Stopped for breakfast with a friend here on a whim and Seed & Soul did not disappoint! What a lovely find.
The food was great, the staff lovely and the atmosphere really relaxed.
We will be back!

10/01/2026: I come here often but my experience varies. The setting is nice although sometimes it's not so peaceful due to large gatherings for scrabble, language exchange etc.
I like the coffee but would prefer if it was in a mug with a handle - a handleless mug for a hot drink isn't very practical.

For is a 3/10 because it all looks and tastes like store bought from centra
Very little choice
No real community vibe like the rest of the coffee shops in Bandon
No effort put in at all
Very sad it could be a great coffee stop for everyone

18/08/2025: Saturday afternoon 17.15hours we were told by a young lady hiding down at the back of the cafe on her phone that they were closed!!! Having just checked the operating hours it quite clearly states closing at 6pm

Ballymascanlon House Hotel
26/05/2025: Arranged a Sunday lunch visit for four family members including a 90 year old who ordered the lamb which was "extra". Two of us had Turkey and Ham and one had a burger. The lamb was tough and clearly wasn't fresh but the worst was a side of cabbage which was so obviously off and had been masked with some kind of cream and peas added in. I told the waiter who said he would "let the kitchen know". Sid anyone speak to us about it? No. Did we get a reduction in bill? No. Will we be back? No.
