The best restaurants

22/10/2023: That was closed on Sunday 9.15 AM.

08/08/2023: This review isn't about the food, as we weren't given the chance to taste it or even set foot inside the establishment. This morning (9:30-9:45), we wanted to have breakfast here. Google indicated it was open, but given some of the reviews, I decided to check while my husband waited for me further on. Outside, a small sign announced that there was indeed a tea room, visible through the windows, and the only door leading to it was open. I went inside, looking for any sign, and a little further on, I saw a woman bustling around in the tea room through the door, which was also open. I didn't have time to say a word before she said something (which I didn't understand), yelled at me to get out ("OMG! Get out! Get out! Get out!" I understood that), and ran after me (that finally convinced me). I left without asking for my change. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but it was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone (especially those who don't speak English very well like me), so I'm sharing it. This woman may not work there, but in any case, it's unacceptable to allow customers to be treated this way.

01/09/2025: The make a nice munch box for 15€

11/04/2025: Decent size spicy bag with crunchy chicken and spicy fries. Good option for a quick dinner if you are up for fast food.

31/01/2026: Spent over €64 on food on the 30/01/26 Sweet and sour chicken the chicken tasted disgusting chip in kids meal was like cooked in dirty grease 4 in 1 shredded chicken was not shredded and shredded chicken Thai was disgusting. Only one that could eat meal was husband with chicken curry. Won't be back

07/10/2025: Do a favor to yourself ask for the mongolian Chiken best dish ever and I save some time for u this is the only restaurant around who served it we checkout already

03/08/2025: Found a hair in the pizza – terrible service We found a hair baked into the pizza dough. I recorded a video as proof. We had already eaten most of the pizza when we noticed it. When we called to complain, they didn’t apologize. Instead, they told us to bring the pizza ourselves and even said they would give our number to the Garda. Very unprofessional.

03/08/2025: Absolutely dirt ye ask for a thin base and they send out wat i can only describe as extra thick base

22/11/2025: Probably the best pizza I ever had. Nice staff and good service. Unfortunately only take away is available but south us due to be living only few min.away.

10/08/2025: Simply the best Chinese for miles around. The ribs are stunning like everything else. Don’t try the rest because this is the best. Simon

22/05/2025: It was horrific I ate 2 bites of the roast of the day and got sick, €17.50 is a scam as you can see from the photos , I was served a wrinkled chicken( mystery meat) it was so disgusting ,microwaved dog food would have been better. There was only two other people in the restaurant so that should have been a sign the staff obviously were not paid enough to care. I’m brushing my teeth profusely to get rid of the taste of rotten chicken or whatever that was

30/12/2024: Not at all. Over an hour for take out delivery. Really rude server. Yet to get food. Really rubbish. Not recommended for anyone.

22/12/2024: Without a doubt , the worst fish and chips I have ever been served. My wife had the smoked cod, was thinner than a slice of sliced bread. The batter was practically non existant. Now to the ray that I ordered. I come from Raytown (Ringsend) It was disgraceful. To serve what I got was just horrendous. Inside the overcooked thin lair of batter was the smallest piece of Ray I have ever seen. I've been eating Ray all my life and this was the worst I have ever been served. The excuse I was given was that is all they could buy from their supplier. To which I replied , why did you buy it if it is inferior. And then try to pawn it off on customers. Needless to say Sharkys will never see us again. Dreadful food and the staff with their take it or leave it attitude was not a lot to be proud of.

28/08/2025: Top tasting food, perfect temperature and lots of it 20/10 fried rice tastes slightly 🥵
