The best restaurants

23/09/2024: They don't deliver after accepting order. Called the restaurant 4 times after ordering and after receiving a confirmation from their end that they're preparing the order. But woof no order delivered. I have left all positive reviews on Uber eats before for them so it makes sense to post this reviews as well.

08/10/2025: The duck and vegetables and pancakes were very nice and the lady serving was very nice and friendly 👍

19/08/2025: I have ordered food for collection from this place a few times. Definitely my favourite Chinese in Waterford. The food always tastes good and is hot& fresh. I have never sat inside so I can’t say . But the woman behind the desk is very friendly and welcoming also

27/09/2025: €8:40 for two crap flat whites that were scalding hot and just dire.

05/06/2025: We had to explain what a rasher was. Then he took the order after 5 times we repeated the order. After all that he said "now wait" and started serving the next person.

18/03/2026: An amazing atmosphere with the very friendliest of welcome , made to feel at home and we visited daily during our 3 day visit over st Patrick's day. Landlord and bar staff were legends, giving us local advice on the dos and don'ts of the area. Thank you to all here for making our st Patricks day a truly wonderful time and experience. Best Guinness too. Truly a lovely place and a must visit

14/03/2026: What a pub , what a place just got back from 5 days here watching Cheltenham and the pub is faultless from the staff to the locals , I don’t think I have ever been in a friendlier pub , I have never felt safer or more looked after . The pints are a good price and the banter and atmosphere is even better . if ever I returned to Dublin there is no where else I would rather go . Massive thank you from rich jade and Avril you made our entire stay in Dublin

15/03/2026: Driver got the order wrong and blamed me that I accepted the order in the dark!!! (12.45pm) my order, garlic pizza bread, garlic and cheese chips, doner kebab, delivery, peperoni pizza chips and burger, extremely rude considering he messed up.btw garlic pizza bread is a bog standard baguette.

14/07/2025: As a tourist, I called in for a late night drink! ( Wife and I) Ordered our drinks, bar lady said it was only cash payments!! Asked if she would except Stirling (GBP) Answered yes!! Received my order and gave her an English £20 note!!! Was then told she couldn't except it because it had the " Queen's head on it" Thought I was hearing things so I asked again and was told that the bar couldn't except any notes with the Queen's head on them!!! You can draw your own conclusions as to why??? Sad I know!! Thought we had moved on!! Apparently not in this bar!!!

22/06/2025: Ce pub est triste, il n’y avait pas de vie … le manager n’est pas plus aimable que cela… et peu de choix de bière . Bref un pub dans lequel on n’a pas envie de rester. Dommage !

25/06/2025: Came in for a spice bag and was not disappointed, very generous portions!

14/12/2025: Randomly went in for a pint, first time in Sligo. Great no thrills bars, excellent Guinness, friendly locals.

29/11/2025: Lovely pint of Guinness. Nice price ,550 euro November 2025.

26/03/2025: Me and a friend walked into lighthouse full of enthusiasm to try it for the 1st time, we walked in the door and was greeted by a man with a moustache, we asked him did he serve milkshakes and told us did we see it on the menu in a displeasing way. We asked to order a pizza, this was at 1:45am when they close at 4am, and he told us he couldn't serve it as they were closing which was quite surprising to us as they said online they closed at 4am, we ordered 2 wraps one chicken and one doner (both extra spicy)and 2 fantas, the cans were over 4 months expired and as we were waiting for our food we heard a microwave turn on, this was seen by both of us as we were standing at the counter. We then left and took a bite found out how disgusting it was and threw it in the bin. Lighthouses represents a point of hope, but in tralee it represents melancholy, if you ever wanted to know what depression tastes like i would recommend you go to lighthouse, if not i would keep away from the door.

11/11/2024: Ordered a pizza 2 hours before Close and they cancelled my order after I had been waiting an hour.
