16/08/2026: Had a lovely experience here! I ordered the butter chicken and it was absolutely delicious—full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back!
13/08/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Anarkali Restaurant in Bandon today. My friend and I ordered the Lamb Biryani and the Special Anarkali Biryani, but unfortunately neither dish met our expectations. The taste and overall quality were disappointing, especially considering the price.
We were really looking forward to enjoying the food, but sadly it felt like a waste of money. Hopefully the restaurant can improve the quality and consistency of the biryani in the future.

21/11/2024: Ordered an Americano and croissant this morning ....told it would cost 7.80 euro! Had the coffee only. Haven't paid this price anywhere else in Midleton. Definitely won't be back!
10/09/2024: Went in at 5.01pm ( it says online it closes at 6) and was told they were only serving tea and cake . . I asked could I have one of the already wrapped sandwiches that were in full view plus a tea. Long pause from the female server who then said we are closing in 10 minutes . That would’ve been 5.11pm. Obviously I was a nuisance so I left. There were 4 people sitting at a table still eating . She was so rude and dismissive . I will NEVER attempt to be served there again.

11/02/2026: Typical Irish Chinese, i.e., nothing like a British Chinese restaurant. For instance, the spicy Peking sauce is just your average run-of-the-mill, sickly sweet & sour sauce which I found very annoying. If I'd have wanted sweet & sour, I'd have ordered sweet & sour.

28/05/2025: Staff were really friendly, service was quick and food good but restaurant had tired decor and I wouldn't recomend eating in.
24/04/2025: I ordered two Szechuan chicken tonight.When I took it home it tasted absolutely nothing like Szechuan chicken.Just pre cooked chicken in a type of sauce with veg and no flavour of any kind.I have just moved to Midleton and love Chinese food but I won’t be back.
