22/03/2025: Busy place, we’ve passed by several times on our shopping trips to the North but never actually stopped. I’m glad to say we did. Staff very friendly, first time I’ve ever ordered food while waiting for the table but definitely prevents a delay in getting food. The breakfast was piping hot and fresh and extremely tasty. Quick service with smiles all around. Will def recommend and will def be visiting again. Keep up the good work guys.

29/06/2025: Really disappointed with the matcha — it tasted more like milk than matcha. When I asked for it to be made a bit stronger, the staff didn’t respond well. Please don’t serve it just because it’s popular; make sure it actually tastes good.

24/06/2024: You know those days when you really fancy some fish and chips? I had to scratch that itch and I really wanted to treat myself. Without naming names I went to a couple of takeaways beforehand and they didn't have fish on the menu, but Mister Pizza saved the day. I thought that their fish and chips was good value at €10 as you get two whole fillets of fish plus a generous portion of thick cut chips. The fish batter was nice and crunchy and the chips were perfectly cooked. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and everything was cooked fresh. I even shared a small bit of the fish with my dog when I got home and he appreciated it!

03/08/2025: First time eating chinese/asian food, thefood was soo delicious, very good taste, love was put into making the food, service was amazing, food within 20 minutes after ordering and the atmosphere was very relaxing, 10/10 restaurant

The Blue Haven Hotel
12/08/2025: Balcony with a great view, once you get used to the roof in front of you 😉
For an extra star, balcony furniture or at least a small table there, and maybe a hairdryer, would have been necessary.
Some breakfast ingredients are available on site, and you can make coffee and tea not only in your room—also a plus.
The restaurant is open Saturday and Sunday, the food is really good, and the student waitresses do their best.
03/08/2025: Had a meal there this afternoon. Waited nearly an hour for our meal then main course arrived but no vegetables. Had to ask for them when we had eaten nearly half of our meal. Service was extremely poor and I know it is a Bank Holiday weekend but they should be prepared when they know they are going to be busy.

28/08/2025: My partner recently had the pleasure of getting his made to measure suit created for our wedding later this year. Ray was exceptional throughout the whole process. He was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magee, and Ray in particular, if you are looking for a bespoke experience. The suit is absolutely beautiful. Really happy with the whole experience!

24/05/2025: Very poor meal we got this evening. Spring rolls and chicken wings tasteless. Prawns were absolutely awful so small and like rubber. Only for the sauces we couldn't taste anything else.
08/05/2025: This spot is a hidden Gem. Food is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Small menu which just means everything is done perfectly. Doesn't leave you with the bloated feeling a lot of take aways do. Highly recommend.
