04/06/2026: I appeared to be the only person eating here - the receptionist from the main lobby had to go and find a waiter from the staff room...?
Waiter wasn't very professional for a 4 star hotel and gave more of a punk cafe vibe but overall service was ok. Food took 15 minutes for a sandwich baring in mind I was the ONLY person there. Lady who brought the sandwich from the kitchen across the main lobby was lovely.

07/12/2024: I have gone here multiple times , food is lovely and good value ! Only have they gotten my order wrong so just double check your order to avoid disappointment.
20/09/2024: Phoned in an order and was told it would be 30mins. After 50mins of not hearing anything I called. Was told the driver will be leaving in 5mins. Again waited another 30 mins, I rang again. Was told the food had just left. I live 10mins from the place and the food arrives 40mins later and cold. Wont be ordering from here ever again. Very dissappointing service

26/04/2025: We were down in the Westgrove Hotel for an event and we decided to have our lunch in here.
Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The service was swift. The food was delicious and fresh. It had a good ambience and the place was big so plenty of room.
