12/10/2023: Beautiful clothes and lovely staff who provide the very best customer service. Gorgeous Tara works so hard showcasing all the latest pieces on her weekly Facebook lives. I have so many outfits from Poppy Lane, casual to smart and always get compliments. Outstanding 💖🌸🌺
30/07/2023: I called in Saturday. I’ve not actually been in before but follow Tara and team on FB and always loved the look of the shop on the outside. Well, I loved it! It’s so colourful and easy to navigate. Fiona helped me with picking dresses and was lovely and chatty. Myself and my daughter found lots of lovely pieces and we will definitely be back again!!

08/02/2026: You wouldn't expect a chipper of this caliber in such a small village in Co. Meath but let me say it rivals any great chipper in Ireland.
Chips always fresh, pizzas amazing and everything else delicious.
It's the same high standard every single time.
Far superior to the takeaway in Kildalkeys neighbouring village Ballivor.
Very lucky to have it in the village.
Nice blokes too.
10/10 every time.

07/01/2026: Very nice food especially the chicken Singapore noodles and spring rolls.
19/09/2025: Highly recommend this place for anyone who is craving chinese food in the area. Place is now only takeaway however flavours are authentic and portions are decent with decently priced food. Gentleman at the counter is also lovely and is happy to provide recommendations to anyone who may want it.

23/04/2025: Came across this place while out walking around the tow on a recent visit.
Arrived just before 6pm and the food finished at 6 so we did not bother to eat and they were wrapping up in the kitchen.
The pub has seen better days and could do with a revamp, particularly the outdoor area.
Reasonably priced drinks.
Would not visit again.
