20/02/2025: The worst Chinese in Cavan without a doubt.chicken is stringy.chips are not cooked through most likely cooked in an oven.the curry is terrible compared to anywhere else.i ordered a small portion of wet wings and i recieved a box of sauce with 6 wings inside.some say the chicken skewers are made out of dog/cat meat.need to season the food better.
10/11/2024: Love this place. The food tastes lovely and the staff are friendly.

12/10/2023: Beautiful clothes and lovely staff who provide the very best customer service. Gorgeous Tara works so hard showcasing all the latest pieces on her weekly Facebook lives. I have so many outfits from Poppy Lane, casual to smart and always get compliments. Outstanding 💖🌸🌺
30/07/2023: I called in Saturday. I’ve not actually been in before but follow Tara and team on FB and always loved the look of the shop on the outside. Well, I loved it! It’s so colourful and easy to navigate. Fiona helped me with picking dresses and was lovely and chatty. Myself and my daughter found lots of lovely pieces and we will definitely be back again!!

4 D's Restaurant & Takeaway

21/04/2025: I was very disappointed in this restaurant, my Grandad asked for a breast of chicken and what was given to them I wouldn't feed to the dog, it was rock hard and shrivelled, the chips were burnt, the bill came up to nearly €70 for four dinners and tea, I will never be back.

The Atlantic Grill
26/08/2024: 5th time at The Grill, never disappoints, we were collecting for 8 of us to take back to our holiday home.
Everyone was starving, and everyone was absolutely over the moon.
4 amazing fresh, and lovely battered fish and chips.
4 burger and chips, that I finished the last quarter of one were as good as we have had in some of the top places in central London.
Mary and Breda were lovely, telling us all about what was going on, and where to go.
Chef/Captain David loved telling us about how the fish were caught (didn’t ask about the beef)
Seen a couple of bad reviews, not sure about that, we ate here 3 times over our month here.
And honestly got better each time.
Until the next time.
21/08/2024: Always ensure I take a visit here for at least one takeaway family dinner after being on the beach all day.
This year, we had 3 suppers after the beach, and each one got better and better.
Everyone wanted a mix, kids had burgers, adults had fish - all bloody superb.
Only complaint, we were all too full!!
Mary and I think Breda were lovely, telling us all about what was going on.
Hope to enjoy very soon

22/05/2024: Sadly, Only open at weekends! So we had to eat at The Lane, also part of the Ross Hotel, not bad at all
