The best restaurants

15/03/2026: All good until last Sunday when we ordered fish and chips x 2....when food was ready they only had 1 portion ready....and wed to wait while the other portion was cooked. Pity as the whlle point of it being cooked to order was lost

14/03/2026: Ordered fish and chips and onion rings. When I got home served the fish and chips there was hardly any fish just batter which was very dissapointing. Onion rings were good.

07/10/2025: Harte’s Pub stole our hearts. Celebrating our 30th anniversary in Ireland was amazing enough for my me and my husband. Karen, owner of Harte’s Pub, elevated our experience by providing us with the best seats in the house to watch the first-time ever Steelers NFL game in Ireland. But, there’s more. She allowed us to renew our vows at halftime with a special ceremony officiated by her exceptional bartender, Janette. We celebrated with pizza and Guinness and Irish Coffees- the best Janette! It was grand and delicious! Karen, thank you for the memories of a lifetime we will tell for years to come. As others noted, there is no fanfare or bling, it’s the Irish Pub you go to Ireland for- sitting with locals and having lighthearted conversation. For Steelers fans, it’s a touchdown!

14/09/2025: Only a few people when we arrived. The girl working behind the bar so friendly. We had a lovely chat.

16/02/2025: Absolutely to be avoided. Some of the staff should be locked up for their day time extra curricular activities. This place has been served with closure orders in the last few years, but still they're trading. Should be shut down as its manky.

27/07/2025: I love Minetta - teeny weeny but excellent sandwiches and pithy signage. Best lunch spot in Sutton (might also be only lunch spot in Sutton). The crab and gruyere sandwich is always the best.

11/05/2025: Went here a few years ago. It was a quiet day, yet the food took ages to come. Went over the weekend and was waiting nearly 40 mins for my pizza. A few minutes before the food arrived, they communicated that there had been an issue with the pizza oven and apologised for the delay. If I knew this, I would have changed my order. Wouldn’t go back again.
