26/06/2025: I ordered chips and salad. The salad was fresh and tasty but the portion is small. Chips portion is large. The restaurant accept cards and cash which is very good. The staff was polite. The price of the food is expensive.
21/04/2025: I was very disappointed in this restaurant, my Grandad asked for a breast of chicken and what was given to them I wouldn't feed to the dog, it was rock hard and shrivelled, the chips were burnt, the bill came up to nearly €70 for four dinners and tea, I will never be back.

26/04/2024: Nothing bad to report here. Good service was provided and had a chicken burger, chips, chowder and two zero heinekens. Toilets very clean. Sometimes they have live music. Nice decor.

07/12/2024: The staff here were amazing. Friendly and professional all at once. Came with a Coeliac and they couldn't be more accommodating. They had gluten free bread so a lovely toasties was available and the soups which are homemade were also gluten free.
Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends
22/11/2024: I've been getting the chicken snack box lately; chicken tastes good, and the chips are nice and not hard as rocks like some places.

10/01/2025: Writers Bar is de bar in de prachtige lobby van Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham op O'Connell Street in Dublin. Wij verbleven in het hotel en hebben deze bar meermaals bezocht voor lunch en drankjes. De bediening is uitstekend en ook de aangeboden gerechten zijn van hoge kwaliteit en bovendien zeer lekker. Proef zeker eens de Chowder fout en de Prawn Salad. Kortom zeer leuk om te komen ook al verblijf je niet in het hotel.
