Simple. I wanted fresh fish and chips. He said the fish was fresh. Ok fish and chips please.
The fish was small and dry and could not have been fresh. And they are not chips but frozen fries.
Got back and ate some of the fish and threw the lot away…… we stayed hungry.

16/09/2023: Terrible experience in midleton store today. Witnessed a mother and child treated with a complete lack of empathy, respect and common decency.
Service and beverages were tasty though ruined by the actions of both baristas. Would find it hard to support this shop in the future

12/01/2025: I’ve been ordering from them regularly for over 5 years and they had been 5 stars up until recent months. Consistently pizzas have come with next to no sauce on them. I tried to leave it up to a bad day or different chef on duty, even leaving a note in the order instructions but it has happened way too many times now and just tastes horrible.
The drink cans also don’t have the return label on them.
A huge pity.

08/03/2025: Stopped on a Sunday afternoon, place packed due to Ireland v France rugby match, still got seated for food quickly and efficiently. Both of us had one of the specials, corned beef and cabbage with parsley sauce. Absolutely delicious, two clean plates.
All servers were friendly and efficient. Good value for money. Will be back the next time we happen to be in Blessington.
17/02/2025: Stopped by out of the blue at apprx 3pm on a Sunday. It was busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite the lunchtime rush, we were served and looked after extremely well and promptly. I think about 5 different staff stopped by to check on us during the course of the meal. Food was great aswell.
