21/01/2025: Great service from Aine today, helped me out loads. Much appreciated.

30/12/2024: I frequently encounter issues with this bank machine being out of order or unable to provide the service I need. This morning, I needed to deposit cash, but the deposit function was unavailable. Now, I have to wait 40 minutes for the bank to open to complete my transaction. New Ross is exactly the same...

16/04/2025: What can only be described as coffee from the depths of mount doom. I got a cup the was DANGEROUSLY hot. I appreciate a hot cup of coffee but this superheated mess absolutely scorched my tongue (literally blistering it) and that was a tiny sip after leaving it to cool for five minutes. I literally had to spit it out in my van. Worker was too busy chatting to the next customer in line, not realising he was breaking the laws of thermodynamics. All jokes aside, be very careful.

29/05/2025: Very bad service, very unwelcoming waiter. EXTREMELY RUDE. food nothing special. The waiter gave us the bill without us asking for it. Wanted to get rid of us

31/01/2025: I've been coming in here a while now, really enjoy the atmosphere, lovely staff, especially Tina who is always chatty and in good humour. Every cafe should have a Tina .

29/05/2024: Booked 2 classes for 5 as a hen party activity, which included a free drink (Sol or a soft drink). We chose Bachata and Salsa, which started later than planned (the fault of the venue, not the class organizers). The classes were great - started with a group warm up before splitting beginners and intermediate groups. If you don't have a partner to go with it's not a problem - they'll rotate the group around so that everyone gets a turn practicing the moves with a partner. The teaching was clear and at a good pace, and the instructors were friendly & fun. Definitely recommend!

07/12/2024: The shredded chicken is very tasty and crispy! The king prawn toast is also super delicious! So yummy and crispy! Definitely will come back!

26/11/2024: Absolutely filthy premises. From entrance door on the ground floor, up the stairs and in the large room where you must stand to wait for your order. A curtain is used to hide the kitchen from the customers. This is filthy and when it was pulled back I could clearly see upright glass door and full door fridges which all had items of clothing or other non food or kitchen related items in top of them. I didn't once see the lady who took my order wash her hands after handling notes and coins. Hand washing should be a priority and it should be visible to Joe and Josephine public to witness, in order to put our minds at rest. In my dish I found the nib of a biro (pen). I telephoned to inform them and was offered another meal. I have never returned and I never will.

11/12/2024: It's grand, to be fair. I tried their pancakes with chocolate and marshmallows, and it was good! 👍. It's a little expensive!

29/07/2024: The juice was great, but one of the staff members was unfortunately really rude.

05/09/2024: No service at all. Location itself is nice and quiet.
