08/12/2024: Lovely spot for home cooked brown bread and scones. Very friendly staff.

11/11/2023: I love to come here every Sunday to spent hours writing, the ambient is so relaxing and friendly, never too busy, and the place is just beautiful. Indeed the prices are a bit higher than other places, but for me are well payed. I come here regularly and never found a bad situation with the staff. They all were polite and friendly with me. For the people that complain about the staff, remember that we are all humans, we all have bad days, and if we are kind with other, others will be kind with us.

18/09/2023: Really great place to study and an amazing atmosphere but now they charge €10 a day. I think it is worth it but €5 would get more business cause it is empty now.

24/04/2025: Manageress/supervisor needs to consider a new job role, as she seems to get very annoyed when you order extra items at the deli counter,she gives out to the other staff members regarding the same,putting them in a embarrassing situation in front of customers and gets the staff to tell the off the customer. It's simple the customer order's extra food, the customer pays for extra food. no need for the bad atmosphere and attitude towards long time customer's.A smile 😃 goes a long way.

19/02/2025: The spar next door owns this place but if you buy something from the Deli and sit in this place the woman gives out to you saying you are not allowed to bring food in from outside although she is wearing a Spar uniform. She said that “if I wanted to eat a chicken roll in this place that a I had to buy it from their counter” . Can you guess where she makes it, from the exact same Deli I ordered the last roll and got in trouble for 😂. Donegal must be 40 years behind the rest of the country 😂

21/07/2024: Been here a few times now and it's time to leave a review 💯 recommend this place. Had the monk curry with chips flavor was delicious and chunky 😋 The burger is what a burger should be soft juicy and full of flavor 😋 only thing missing is a good wedge of cheese melted on it (personal opinion) people at work recommend the haddock wrap trying that next I doubt I'll be disappointed. As for the chips "BEST IN TOWN" 💯 If your peckish grab a bag of chips hand cut and well seasoned Cheeky Cod is well worth a visit

14/07/2024: One of the best fries I've eaten in Ireland, which is surprising - a very large portion, probably the largest I've ever had in this country... at a price where I expected 3-5 fries at most... + very nice service, 2 girls, I definitely recommend it

21/02/2025: Arrived at the Suffolk Street branch @3pm to find that they had stopped serving and were cleaning up . Change your serving times please 🙂.. very disappointing!

29/05/2025: Tara is fantastic!! I contacted her to see if she would be able to do the icing for my wedding cake. From initial contact Tara was friendly, kind and took the time to establish exactly what we wanted. She went out of her way to meet us at the wedding venue to discuss in advance: colours, flowers and paid attention to the small details of the cake. On the wedding day, Tara seamlessly delivered the cake to the venue and used the flowers from the church. It was a lovely feeling able to trust Tara completely with sorting out wedding cake! The icing was genuinely the best I have ever tasted and the presention was fantastic. I genuinely cannot recommend Tara enough, she is very talented and very kind. I look forward to contacting her again for some more cakes in the future! Thank you Tara
