This family business knows how to deliver some seriously delicious meat. Amazing Quality The pork and bacon from Cormac O'Connor & Sons are fantastic. Every piece is prepared with such care that you can taste the quality in every bite. Their bacon is especially amazing just the right amount of smokiness and rich flavor. Perfect for breakfast or adding to your favorite recipes. Tradition Matters These folks stick to traditional methods for preparing and curing their meat, and it really shows. They’ve been doing this for generations, and their experience makes a big difference. You can tell they put a lot of love and expertise into their products. Friendly Service The customer service here is top-notch. The staff is super friendly and really knows their stuff. They’re always happy to help with any questions you have or give you tips on how to cook their meat to perfection. Hey guys the quality is slipping, put up the price if you have to. Putting more fat in the meat doesn't work for me.

01/08/2024: If you are gluten free, pass this place! It’s only place in Ireland where I was greeted by a waitress who rolled her eyes at me when I asked what items could be made gluten free. She also hesitated and that was my first definite no decision to leave but I let her roll her eyes and continue. Basically noting is gluten free and I wouldn’t eat here if you have celiac. It’s sad that a hotel restaurant wasn’t more accommodating. We went to Limerick instead, way more choices! Do better Radisson!

28/03/2024: I had read the review on the hake and echo how great it was. Service was excellent. The bistro itself is comfortable and was a welcomed surprise at a hotel so close to an airport. Would definitely eat here again on a future trip.
