08/03/2025: I ordered a custom birthday cake. It was last minute and they accomodated me. So grateful they did, as the cake Thunders made was amazing! It was not only fun and awesome to look at, it tasted delicious! Thank you so much Thunders, you really helped make this 18th Birthday special! Try the Red Velvet cake, it's delicious!
03/09/2024: Terrible cake, terrible customer service. Aoife should be ashamed of her lack of customer service. Worst think Mardi ever did was link in with this crowd.

17/02/2025: Was pleasently surprised with the quality of food and service provided. Everything is homemade and you can taste it. The owner running the Cart was friendly and open.Will be returning, small gem in Sligo highly reccomend.

18/07/2025: What a find! We popped in for some bread and ended up with cream cakes, well fired bread (with outsider), and a batch of cakes.
The owner was so friendly and helpful.
We highly recommend this bakery for the service and the produce.
