26/08/2025: Great value .. as good as the supermarkets..fantastic customer service ample parking..

08/05/2026: Tried to find the place in Friday around midday and after searching and going around football field fence and the seaside parking, didn't find anything. Made a detour on our way, so was quite disappointing ☹️

14/06/2026: The worst dinner I have experienced in my life after coming regularly for 7 months. It was lumpy mash, hard roasted potatoes, salty ham, watery gravy soggy cabbage, and disintegrated carrots. And the man cutting the meat is rude, ignorant and good for nothing, he needs to learn manners and respect. Will not return until the food changes and he is no longer an employee.

17/03/2026: Got fish n chip, was nice but there was TISSUE underneath the fish, soaking in grease and sticking to it. So I basically ate paper from trees and now my pores are clogged. A bit stupid to put paper underneath grease huh? Also the fish was smaller than the last time we had got it, and to mention, my folks said that the tartar sauce is NOT tartar sauce and they’ve lived to see all great wonders. They know their stuff. Also more atmosphere! It’s very quiet, no music nor any buzz, close very early at 11. CMON

08/03/2025: I ordered a custom birthday cake. It was last minute and they accomodated me. So grateful they did, as the cake Thunders made was amazing! It was not only fun and awesome to look at, it tasted delicious! Thank you so much Thunders, you really helped make this 18th Birthday special! Try the Red Velvet cake, it's delicious!

03/09/2024: Terrible cake, terrible customer service. Aoife should be ashamed of her lack of customer service. Worst think Mardi ever did was link in with this crowd.

10/03/2025: Situated inside Tesco extra. Great coffee & latte. Excellent customer service.

07/11/2024: Great for coffee & scones. Generally quiet & peaceful for relaxing snack. Upstair to the rear of Tesco Shopping Centre. Service great.

22/03/2026: Great creamy pints of Guinness. Welcome and service very nice. Would gladly drink here again.

27/06/2025: pub is basically closed for renovations. Local shop keeper told me pub hatch opens very occassionally for take aways. So don't be surprised if you come here and its closed.

11/10/2025: Overpriced, chips were absolutely not “cooked twice” and chicken wings extremely fatty. I also ordered two portions of chips and they only delivered one.
